At first I would have gave them a 4 star rating but after my flooring in my kitchen has started coming apart and I have been calling asking about the warranty on the flooring and the install I have got the run around. I have been calling every week since August 22, 2024 asking for my flooring in my kitchen to be repaired. The flooring is coming apart at the seems and a few pieces of the flooring is peeling. I have 2 boxes of the flooring that can be used to do the repairs. The manager states that she has called the guy who installed my floors every time I call but he has yet to reach out to me. I have called 7 times. 5 times I spoke to the manager and twice I had to leave a message, my call was not returned either time. I also sent an email through their web site on September 17th with no response as of yet. I feel that my flooring, which I spent a lot of money on, should last more than 3 years. I feel like I have been ignored about my issue. I did not list the managers name or the contractor who put my flooring down because I still have faith in my fellow human beings that the flooring in my kitchen will be repaired.

The young man who loaded it was extremely nice, but didn't have my dishwasher. He went back inside and returned with the dishwasher, and the box was damaged. After inspecting it, I found it to be damaged. I was told by the young lady who was assisting me to go to the appliances section to see if there was anything else I would like to exchange it for. Good luck with that. I could not find anyone to assist me. I then returned to the service desk and asked to speak to a manager, but the manager would not even step out of his office to address my concerns. I then returned both items and left this horrible store. I believe this is the same manager who gave me trouble when I purchased a zero-turn at the beginning of summer 2025. I retired after thirty-six years in a career as a store manager, and I believe the customer deserves respect for their concerns and needs to be heard and a solution found.

NO ONE called me to let me know they were there. Today we rescheduled to have someone come out I was told to have a payment ready when he arrived today to fix it...PAYMENT FORRRRR WHAT? This carpet was NOT by any means cleaned correctly , I work for Complete Turn-Key Services so I know EXACTLY how CLEAN carpet is supposed to look. I text the owner of Ace Carpet Cleaning out of Ocens Springs, Ms to let him know we had streaks and spots left after cleaning the next day and the owner " Paul " went directly to the old " done got your money and don't care anymore " by saying the only way to get any better than what he had done was to get new carpet and called me an unsatisfiable customer after the first contact. I then used my home cleaner the very next day and got plenty of dirty water right on the carpet that just got cleaned ! Knowledgeable and professional staff, great selection, high end prices if you want to be able to find the same match later on. So I pay the price at the store the cost to lay the tile is separate. Never again will I use one of their recommended tile persons. I highly recommend that you have cameras around your home and outside property, and check they are licensed and bonded. I highly suggest you get it in writing that if they break it, they pay for it. The clown that came to lay the tile the first week, I don' t realize until I go to move a utility cart on wheels 2 days later, how uneven the tile is. The wheel was getting stuck all over my den. Too late now the thin set is dry in the whole den. Apparently the man that came to me hired day laborers from halfway houses and they have no concern for other peoples property. They don't tell you to cover all your furniture from them leaving the doors wide open while I am running heat so the wet saw and grout they mix lands on every thing in every room of the house. The first day, they never asked where to set the tile and at night they brought the wet saw and put it on a wool and silk area rug. These people must not ever heard of shutting the door behind them and had no concern for my bills to pay for heat/air or water. I have cameras around the house and caught the guy that smokes spitting up one of his lung hockers on my front porch right by my herb garden. When confronted he denied it until he saw the video. He wouldn't admit he broke my glass herbal jar when he moved my butcher block island in the kitchen, then threw the glass in the front yard, so my dog could step on it and cut her paw. I told the owner I didn't want him back on my property. The storm door was pushed so far open that it pulled away from the door frame and busted the wood. When they were packing up the last day, I told the guy about it and he ignored me. They broke my hose bib the 2nd week they were there and the guy tried to lie his way out of that also. Neither him nor the owner noticed the water was running for 3 hours until I kept telling him, I hear water run and searched for the leak. They said it was my water heater kicking on, well I knew better. I went outside and stepped in a water logged front yard.For 6 days they used that hose bib for their wet saw, and the 6th day I confront the kid that broke it and he turned it so hard that I knew that is how he broke it so that it wouldn't shut off. Then the guy says he fixed it before they left while I am searching for my little 18 pound dog, in the streets, so I didn't watch how he "fixed" it. Come to find out the next day, all he did was put the "Y" adapter that I had for multiple hoses on the faucet. The hose bib is still broke. The last plumber I had here cost me $95.00/hr, so I am really ticked off. I repeatedly asked them to close the doors behind them and even when I put up a wire fence to protect my dogs, the guy moved that too and I had to chase my little dog 5 times the last time it took me to put an ad on facebook after 3 hours she was gone in the cold weather at 5 pm at night. Restitution is not in their vocabulary yet he walks in God's name. Well, many come in His name but few are chosen. Con men and BS artists is what they are.

Weither you have pet stains, kool aid stains or just dirty carpet these guys can do the trick. While their competitors may be cheaper they dont use the proper chemicals or technique. Not cleaning pet stains with the proper chemicals can have disasterous results, I've experienced this firsthand. I highly recommend this company.
