When I went, I told them about my first experience and how disappointed I was the employees could care less. For a $40 car wash plus a five dollar tip, I could've done a better job. I will not be returning. Update: The owner was extremely receptive to my review. He immediately reached out and was ready to make it right. He put me in touch with the manager and they took the time to clean my vehicle. I appreciate their attention to customers concerns.

However, I've noticed that several pieces of equipment inside the wash tunnels do not appear to be functioning properly. At the First Street location, the wheel-cleaning brushes do not move in and out as vehicles pass through, so they don't seem to be cleaning the wheels and tires effectively. There is also a vertical washing brush that remains pushed off to the right side and appears to be completely inactive during the wash cycle. This is at the Madera location... Additionally, I've observed other equipment that appears to be running but is not actually making contact with the vehicle, which raises concerns about whether customers are receiving the full service they are paying for. Can you help me understand whether these systems are intentionally disabled, awaiting repair, or functioning as designed? If equipment is out of service, it may be worth scheduling maintenance or temporarily closing affected lanes to ensure customers receive the complete wash experience promised. I appreciate the convenience of your locations and hope these concerns can be addressed. Thank you for your attention.

Today, for first time ever, I drove my car there and used their vacuum to clean out first and dust from my car's interior. Complete waste of my time and money. Virtually no suction. I checked and the hose had no kinks but even picking up small pieces of dirt or lint and putting it into vacuum nozzle barely sucked it up. Fortunately it was only $2 of my money ($1.50 minimum and I added two extra quarters to get more time). This happened on farthest west vacuum in lot on Saturday at 3PM April 19, 2025. I will never waste my time trying to use these useless vacuums again. However I will continue to spray wash my motorcycles there as that service has always been good.

It's a darker color, so shows dust and road grit pretty readily. It was the evening before Easter and we were going to family dinner the next day, so I wanted to have a clean ride. Mission accomplished! I felt better driving home being able to see clearly out of the windshield and seeing the sparkling finish for the car made me smile. We have the monthly subscription and use it regularly. Our area gets the inland version of marine layer sometimes, and that causes dust to cling to the car's finish. LUV Car Wash is a great way to wash it away.

You can immediately tell a business is in good hands when the owners are right there, helping out and overseeing everything. I handed my keys to a team member, left my car, and walked into the office to pay. Inside, there's a nice small seating area with a variety of snacks and drinks available. Everything--including the wash--was very affordable. They also have a small patio area with decorative waterfalls, which was a pleasant surprise. I even used the restroom and it was very clean, which always says a lot about a place. Overall, the experience was great and really showed their level of care. It's no surprise they're busy.
