Five stars for Chris at First Class Detailing and Ceramic Coating! Chris genuinely cares about his customers and takes tremendous pride in the quality of his work. After Chris detailed my Porsche, we discovered stubborn ceramic-coating residue on the glass that had already been there when I purchased the car. Porsche wasn't able to offer a solution, but Chris immediately told me to bring the car back. He ordered specialized products, worked on it a second time, and spent the extra time necessary to fully remove it--without charging me anything additional. That experience says everything about Chris and how he runs his business. He stands behind his work, takes care of his customers, and won't stop until the job is done properly. His pricing is fair and honest, his attention to detail is incredible, and his service is truly first-class. I genuinely wish I had found Chris sooner. I'll be trusting him with all of my cars from now on and cannot recommend him highly enough!

Had Chris from First Class Detailing & Ceramic come out to my house for paint correction and ceramic coating on my 911 and the whole experience was top tier. The depth and clarity on black is insane, every swirl gone, just a flawless finish. Super convenient having him come to me, and he was professional the entire time. Attention to detail was on point from start to finish. On top of that, he even left me with some cleaner and microfiber towels to keep it looking right, which was a nice touch. Chris is a rockstar. If you want your car done right without cutting corners, this is the guy.
Chris did an outstanding job detailing my Mercedes. I went with his Platinum bumper-to-bumper package, and the results exceeded my expectations--the car looks sparkling clean, smooth, and refreshed inside and out. Chris is a magician. Had him ceramic coat and clean engine bay and interior on four of our cars. The cars varied in age, colors and level of care. Many had been exposed to lots of dog fur as well. Chris did an amazing job bringing the polish for these cars and getting all the nooks and crannies in them as well. I was pretty amazed with the results. The work on the black LX570 was particularly notable as this was a new to me car and he far exceeded my expectations but he brought it back to a nearly mirror like shine and gloss. Look forward to the ceramic hopefully keeping things looking good for a bit as well as well as helping make it easier to clean. The quality of the work speaks for itself. However - where I think Chris really stands out is care for the work and responsiveness. We had to schedule the time for me to come out and he was great in helping accommodate it. Additionally it was clear how much care he took in his work and I liked knowing that the majority of my payments were going to the person doing the work (which is not always the case for this industry).

Just want to give a huge thanks to Chris for the amazing work he did on my 2013 2nd gen used Tundra. I got the full detail inside out, ceramic coating package from him. With Chris you can tell he truly loves cars and what he does, I dropped off my truck at his location in Chatsworth and Once I came back to pick it up I was stunned at the work, this guy is a magician! All the little surface scratches and uneven coatings over the years were all buffed out and car looked brand new. His pricing was the best also, and he backs his work up to five years. He also gives you sprays and steps to maintain the ceramic coating and other things you can do to maintain the investment. Definitely highly recommend Chris for his amazing work! Thank you!

Just recently bought a used Accord and the dealer screwed me on a detail. I called around looking for quotes for details with/without ceramic coating, several businesses didn't pick up nor returned my calls even after leaving messages. The quotes I did get over the phone were all way more than I expected... Then I found Chris at First Class Detailing... He responded promptly, providing me a quote for a detail and ceramic coating that was more than reasonable (lower than I thought I could find tbh) and he was able to take my car as soon as I was available. He has over 30 years in the detailing business and is a real professional. Even though he is mobile and was willing to come to my home, I dropped my car off since I don't have space for him to work. He was super accommodating to my availability. By the time I picked up my car the next day, I have to say I was so so impressed and ecstatic to have my car look and feel brand spankin' new!!! Chris was so nice and knows everything there is about detailing vehicles. Not only does he provide excellent customer service, he really takes his time and the care he puts into his craft is evident. 5/5 Stars - Exceeded every expectation!!! Brought my vehicle in for paint correction and ceramic waxing, and I am completely blown away by the results. The paint is mirror-smooth, and the shine is unreal. Beyond the exceptional workmanship, the customer service was outstanding. Chris went above and beyond by taking care of extra details I hadn't even requested. Truly top-notch craftsmanship and professionalism. To top it off, Chris even sent me home with some towels and a refillable ceramic wax spray to help keep it looking pristine. My car was in much need of a spa day. I have a 2017 BMW X1 and it needed some love. My fiancé found Chris to do both of our cars and WOW! Great professional service at a very reasonable cost. Owner showed up ... we spoke briefly... and then I was fortunate to learn about his love of vehicles and his career spent detailing ! If you love what you do it isn't work right ?? My daughter had a birthday coming up and I thought I'd grab a master detailed and make her car show some real shine ! Mind you ... I found Chris through Yelp after getting a couple quotes from different companies and I decided to go with him because of the services I was looking for that were offered in a nice package at a reasonable price. I have a 2020 Merc. E450 coupe and I usually park it outdoors and the paint was starting to lose its gloss and look dull which is why I needed a detailing. I got the 5 year ceramic coating package. Chris explained the process very well and gave us some tips and tricks to take care of the car after the ceramic coating. It was convenient that he came to us and was very professional and friendly. This review is long overdue, as I have used the "Ceramic King," twice now. Chris is as meticulous as they come, and has over 30yrs of experience under his belt! Plus he's licensed and bonded which is no joke. Pricing is beyond reasonable, as he will spend however long it takes to correct your paint prior to coating it. In fact, he's so good that I booked him again for tomorrow morning to get my Land Cruiser done! I decided to give Chris a try after having a bad experience with another detailer I found on Yelp who clearly didn't have the 30+ years of experience that Chris does. My car was filled with water spots and I was panicked that it would ruin my very beautiful metallic green paint. Chris is a miracle worker! He removed all the spots and put a ceramic coating on it. I just purchased a used SUV last week and today Chris from First Class Mobile Detailing came by to detail and apply ceramic coating. He did an absolutely fantastic job and he is super friendly, professional, and personable. The mirror shine from the ceramic coating is out of this world and makes it look like my 11 year old vehicle is brand new, or maybe even better than brand new! His pricing is extremely good and the quality of work is outstanding. He also left me with a bottle of maintenance spray and some cleaning cloths and told me I could reach out to him if I ever run out. I plan to use him again for my other vehicles and I highly recommend his services!! read more

So, I was a bit skeptical about the Ceramic Coating in general. I had a few friends that recommended it to me, and after some time and some research, I pulled the trigger on my first car; since then, I have probably done 5 cars with Chris, and every time, it's been great. Why has it taken me five cars to write a review? I don't write reviews. I brought my car to Chris after owning it for 3 days and 2000 miles (I drove almost cross country as soon as I bought it). It looked great, but I decided to go with ceramic coating immediately. We got it done it looked amazing. Then I went off-roading once, twice... 10 times. Well, the last time I took her out, the road was mud, and I brought the road with me, the paths were narrow bushes were tall. The car was COVERED in scratches when I brought her in today, all over the vehicle. Honestly, I told Chris to do what you can. We will go from there. I got a brand new vehicle back to me today, and there is zero chance anyone could tell. I have uploaded some photos of my car after off-roading. I washed off most of the dirt when I returned, but I sent her to Chris to see what magic he could work up. And he is a WIZARD! He also gave me the rundown of all maintenance and how to keep up the shine and provided me with all the resources to do so! Price to performance chris is bar none the best! I was just looking through his photos and he actually uploaded a photo of the car the day it made it to CA! read more
