We booked them because we were a party of 10 with four kids in car seats and they offer a 12 or 14 passenger van. I confirmed our dates and times multiple times with "Riland" from a Gmail email account (felt sketchy but we went with it). They showed up at the airport on our arrival with one car seat acting surprised we needed four. Ultimately, they found an additional booster seat in the back and we went with it. They also took us to and from Universal from our Disney resort one day - no issues there. Finally, we walk outside our hotel to leave at the requested time and they were not there. We called Riland and he raised his voice, yelling that our pick up time was 7pm (it was 730am for a 1020am flight, which I promptly sent him screenshots of our conversation that confirmed this). He said he was on his way and hung up. Not that it matters but I am a female and had to ask him to lower his voice several times during the call. My husband called him back for an ETA and his dimenanor had completely changed and he was very apologetic to him. Ultimately, we were able to find other transportation to the airport (incidentally, for a better price) but only with one car seat which is what we had planned so far in advance to avoid. Riland refunded us this last ride upon our request. Overall, using this company added a lot of unnecessary stress and ended our vacation on a sour note. I'd highly recommend looking elsewhere for transportation.

At 550am we called Yellow Cab, due to car issues, needed a last minute taxi to Orlando airport for an important business trip. Spoke with Johnny Mac who asked how soon needed, when I explained he said he was sorry but due to the distance of drivers/airport/etc he didn't think they could get there in time. I thanked him and proceeded to review list of other taxi companies. I then received a text from Johnny letting me know if another Taxi co who might be able to get here sooner to help us. What a surprise and a blessing! I was able to call them and my husband did not miss his flight. MR. JOHNNY MAC is an awesome asset to Yellow Cab. His kindness even though he clearly was busy, did not go unnoticed. Even though we were unable to utilize Checker Cab I would recommend then! This guy should no longer be driving at all, let alone with passengers. He drove so poorly I almost…read moreasked to be dropped off anywhere in Tampa but my bag was in the trunk and I was certain he would resist. This hunch I had that he wouldn't let me out was completely correct. My ride to Tampa airport was booked a few days before. Communication with Neil was difficult as he wanted flight numbers and other extraneous details. He called me the day before my ride seemingly confused and slurring. I was foolish to not immediately cancel and book Uber right then. Do not make the same mistake I did because it is just a matter of time before this man hurts someone. Neil arrived 15 minutes early at 5:45 am. I would have booked later if I knew he makes an unannounced habit of this, please see his other reviews. I was unable to finish my flight preparations and just quickly grabbed my stuff and rushed out. When I questioned our original booking time he responded defensively so I just stopped talking. After loading my bag I hopped in the car. It's older but in ok shape. Immediately I noticed the smell of incredibly strong cologne. It was suffocating. Neil forgot his credit card machine and had to manually enter my card while mumbling and cursing the whole time. Driving was initially spotty and made me really nervous right away. By Spring Hill he had me audibly gasping. He is not a safe driver. He missed a turn on Cortez and braked hard at a green then appeared to be considering a left from the center lane. The driving worsened as we continued. The lane indicator beeped incessantly as Neil crossed the yellow lane continuously. I was terrified. I texted my partner states away as I was anticipating being in an accident. By the time we got to Tampa International I was begging to be let out anywhere. Literally anywhere. Neil argued with me until I demanded to be let out. Now, hours later, I am sitting at my terminal being harassed by this man. He texted me to make excuses about his driving not long after I ran out of his car. I plan to contact the Citrus County Sheriff's Department as I now suspect that Neil was inebriated when he picked me up. Under no circumstances should you, or anyone you know, use this transportation service.

They had the only website that listed prices for most popular drives flat out; they did not demand "+tip" like other sites; and they are run by women. As a small, older woman, this felt comfortable. My flight was early and Shannon was already waiting for me. She offered me the option to recline my seat and nap (early morning flight), but we chatted and the longish ride passed pleasantly. Same in reverse a week later and I feel happy and lucky to have found them. I cannot recommend this professional company enough. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.
