ZERO STARS FOR Skipton and Associates and Rick and Justin, who are ALL liars and FRAUD'S. We were so very stupid, for hiring them, only to learn that they use the "same letter", making allegations "THAT WE ARE NOT HAPPY WITH THE CONTRACTORS THAT WE HIRED" well we never hired any contractors. Skipton/Rick did against our wishes. Rick/Skipton, Hired "Restoration One" AGAIN, Who FAILED the first time, leaving our home contaminated with E-Coil and Enterococcus. Why would Skipton/Rick even consider using them again is so beyond my understanding. WE TOLD RICK/Skipton NOT use "Restoration One", but they refused to listen to us and hired them a 2nd time, leaving our house NOT CLEANED, NOT POWERWASHED, NO WALLS CLEANED, causing us all to get very sick after Rick/Skipton told us that we can SLEEP in the house at 4:07pm May 27, 2022 Friday, WITH A DISABLED CHILD AND HER SERVICE DOG. WOW what a bunch of idiots. HOW DARE THEM TO NOT INSPECT THE HOUSE, WHEN IT WAS only to take 2 days to finish demo and 3-4 days to dry out. The house was NEVER CLEANED, NEVER POWER WASHED after a Catagory 3 SEWER WATER DAMAGE. GROSS AND UNHEALTHY. WHY DID Skipton/Rick actually instruct us to SLEEP in THAT HOUSE, KNOWING IT WAS SUCH AN UNSAFE MESS. How dare you Rick/Skipton allow a family with a DISABLED CHILD MOVE INTO A DIRTY HOUSE and you all knew because it was written on the report that the house is VERY DIRTY. To act so very unprofessional with the life a disable child is beyond words. Shame on you, THEN the RECEPTIONIST tells me that it is unacceptable for me to call 30 times to finally get 1 call back, YES I AGREE, why would anybody have to call 30 times to get a single return call. That is just insane. SKIPTON/Rick only made matters worse and did NOTHING TO HELP as a Public Adjuster. NOTHING, DO your HOMEWORK, they have so many LAWSUITS AGAINST THEM it is embarrassing. DO NOT HIRE THEM, they are FRAUD and just horrible people. WHEN you do your research you will see the reviews that show how bad they are and how they use the fact that Justin's Daddy is and Attorney, and when Rick stated he goes to court all the time is when we should have listened more, Rick/Skipton was going to court because he was being sued by homeowners that they screwed over. In September 2023 a severe storm came through Mesa, AZ. Which later found out was a tornado. It had hit us and caused severe damage to our home and pool and landscaping. Well the insurance company tired to deny the claim. I called Skipton and spoke to a Brittney who had gone through the same storm due to living near by. She sold me on the company. Then came out Alana Love and Ron Taylor to look at the house and give us an estimate I thought. Well they all went above and beyond to help us get this claim done. It took almost a year to settle with Allstate. If it had not been for Ron Taylor Especially and the whole team it would have never got done and we would still be fighting today. I would without a doubt recommend them. Even if I did see eye to eye with them on an issue or anything with the claim. They always were there to answer to our calls and help us understand and calm us down. it has been a long year so far to finally be getting started to repair our home and our lives is a breath of air. We hired Skipton To represent us after a devastating loss. The way Dave and Justin preformed for our claim was very professional . They have a great attention to detail. In our case the insurance company threw everything at us and Dave and Justin were unfazed by it and they prevailed every step of the way. I would say to anyone that has a covered loss that it is highly unlikely that they alone would be able to handle the claim as well as Skipton has for us. I would also say that the amount of time, resources, and attorneys the insurance company has to find ways to cut their losses seems infinite. In our case Skipton saved us far more money than their fee. In the first few weeks alone they saved us more money than their entire fee. I know there are other companies out there that do the same thing, but I am sure you can not find a better group of professionals to handle your claim than Skipton.
