Even the treatment rooms are designed around the patient experience. They have blankets, TVs on the ceiling, and headphones so you can relax and watch something while being treated. We didn't agree to and were not part of the estimate (e.g., went in for teeth whitening trays and paid out of pocket - they billed my insurance, gave me 3 different reasons why, all of which were not valid). 2. Services our kids didn't have, like at all. They lost 5 customers all with commercial insurance because the manager would not call us back (after 4 requests), they sent me to collections over $50.00 while we were waiting in the call back from the manager that never happened . Here's the deal, commercial insurance has a higher margin/return. They billed my insurance wrongfully. Basically make up the money where you can. Ok, so you lost 5 customers, our friends have all heard not to go. What type of business model is this? FYI - the male dentist is as nice as can be but unfortunately, unethical practice!
