I forgot to check their hours and they accepted me in no questions asked and just told me I was the last walk in! I just did a simple single color gel nail (dark red/brown). The girl took her absolute time with my nails! She was very beautiful too I had to tell her! She was also very gentle, she was I assume American like all the other techs because they all spoke great English and it was nice to have a conversation with someone speaking the same language. I'm not meaning to be racist WHATSOEVER! But sometimes the language barrier can be hard to have a good quality conversation about something other than nails. Anyways, my nails turned out great! The second time I went to try a lash lift with a different technician! I fell asleep! Hahaha! She was very gentle, I hardly felt anything except at the beginning of course when they're putting down the strips under/over your bottom lashes. She had a very cozy blanket I could cover up with I even went and bought myself one of the similar texture! All the staff is super friendly, very in detail about their services, the environment is beautiful and they even have a "kids menu" if you're looking to take your mini me's!! You can tell each person working there takes pride in what they do and I'll DEFINITELY be going back. I tried going someplace closer twice and left VERY disappointed. She did a horrible job on the pedicure itself (didn't do what I asked, tried to use a drilland I had toe nail polish all over my toes. She got some of it off and instead on wiping it on a paper towel, she actually wiped it on my flip flop. I tipped accordingly, left, and promptly found a new place to get my pedicure redone. Also, I had asked for a classic manicure at the same time as my pedicure. The owner said they didn't have time to do them at the same time.
