I'm not the type to complain whatsoever, but when i left and looked at my nails I was disappointed i normally don't go to salons for that reason! But i left with my nails super dried out from the products she used, she filed them way to much were they burn and hurt, the amount of acrylic powder that was used was ridiculous and made them look super thick. my nails look more like press ons than like my inspo pic wasn't very understanding of the pricing being so high but paid anyways!! For me being there for almost 4 hours (waiting for 20 min and then working on the nails for 3hrs) and not being offered a drink or water made me feel very unwelcomed ..took her almost a whole hour to apply the acrylic to only one hand. Gosh it also felt like with me complaining once about something I didn't like made her do a crappy job ! (forgot to mention their were only two customers in the salon) the salon was very pretty though !!! will not be stepping foot in a salon again lol I'm disappointed everytime...thought I would throw my experience out there read more

My first pedicure! I got the traditional one for $35 and it went great. The water temperature was perfect, the scrub smelled amazing, and massage was SO relaxing. The employees were friendly and attentive, making sure I was comfortable and content every step of the way. I'll be coming back for another pedi :^) read more

Upon walking in with my toddler I was told it was a 30 minute wait. I had called ahead to make sure they could accommodate for us. Arrived at 1 o'clock did not end up leaving until 4. Walked out with wrong services done even after telling them countless times what services we were in there to get. My toddler walked out with incomplete services after being made to cry by the service tech who completely walked away. Not one apology or discount was offered. I was told to come in at 1pm to be seen when I got there it was 7 customers and only 3 technicians. I was told to sit at one bowl and they ran the water for the foot bath. The massage chair didn't work it was literally cutting off every 10 seconds and the water was excruciatingly hot! I informed them I needed a new chair and water was ran for me again in which I waited for an 1.5 before the water cooled down enough to put my feet in I was doing my best to be patient and enjoy the massage chair which was really nice but it wasn't until another 30min had passed before a technician was ready to service me. I don't understand why establishments tell you that you will be serviced at a certain time if they know they cannot accommodate the demand! While I was waiting they even had another walk in and told them it would be a wait and told them it would be 20 mins which would have been impossible. Anyway when I was finally serviced I was told that they could do the design I had confirmed with over the phone that it could be done, they insisted that I get something completely different! They eventually told me they would execute the design but that it would be different due to the design being on my toe Iong story short the tech didn't get to the design because they painted my full toe instead of doing a French tip style like I had explained after waiting for 2 hrs with poor customers service due to language barriers and inability to provide adequate service due to being short staffed. I left without getting any additional services done due to losing confidence in their abilities. read more

I got the $55 pedicure. It was definitely the most mediocre pedicure I've ever had. We were greeted and seated, asked to look over the menu and let them know our choice. While we were reading about the various "levels" of pedicure, we were asked if we want a shellac with our pedicure. We asked questions about it, not really getting a straight answer other than "you need it! It makes the pedicure look better!" then being told it was an extra $15, we decided against it - we were already doing the fancy schmancy $55 pedicure that had all the wonderful things! Well, after saying no to that and to a manicure, we became the "meh..." clients I suppose. Things were rushed, there wasn't much care that went into our pedicures and it seemed more that we were a bother. I am now back in the hotel room getting all the dead skin that has been left on foot off. I really wouldn't think I'd have to do that after paying $55 for a pedicure, but my heels don't look any better than when I went in. When we paid and tipped the 20%, there wasn't a thank you. The guy that did one of my friend's toes did yell out after her very rudely, assuming she hadn't paid. The woman at the front let him know she had. The salon was loud, with people yelling across the room at one another - while this is a very friendly atmosphere, it wasn't very relaxing for us. Overall, I was absolutely disappointed and we agreed it wasn't a spot we'd return to if ever back in town looking to do something relaxing. read more

SOMEONE AT THE SALON USED MY CREDIT CARD FRAUDULENTLY TO BUY GIFT CARDS AT H‑E‑B!!!! I am so disappointed to leave this review. Looking at the reviews, this is NOT the same place all these great reviews came from. This nail salon is now located at the old Glamour nails on Sherwood. First, the gal who does the pedicures and the young gal who does acrylics, I think her name is Kathy did a fantastic job. I don't live here but travel here for work. I broke a nail at home and was here for work, so I came in to get it fixed. The gal who did my fill last time was not here so this other lady did my fill. She was rude, fast, and very hard on my hands. She ended up cutting the side of my finger with the file and made my finger bleed. When another gal came in to get a new set she shuffled me over to another table to get my nails painted by the other gal who did my pedicure last time. She was nice and when checking me out I gave her my credit card and asked her to give me change for my $20 so I could tip her in cash. Gave her $10 for a $45 charge even though she cut my finger with the file. I ended up forgetting my credit card there, and it turned out SOMEONE AT THE SALON used my card at the gas station, and H‑E‑B 2 times for over $300!!! The first charge went through but the second one was declined. My credit card company alleged me and I ended up calling the cops and they got my card back from the salon after they used it at the grocery store!! Terrible!!! Even after I tipped them and they cut my finger!! So terrible!! I work so hard to travel down here for work away from home and my family to have this happen. read more

So I paid 70 dollars to have a horrible fill done which I had the set previously done there and it wasn't as bad still very sloppy outcome but the fill was horrendous. I had the colored acrylic powder done first which is more expensive yes but I chose to get that done with my fill as well. The lady I worked with was older and couldn't even drill down the past color enough so that the new colors would cover any left over of the old color. small wait but we didn't make an appointment, and they have cold drinks to enjoy while we waited (cocktails, soda, and water). nail tech was really nice and suggested to get the matte finish which i love. really wide color selection for nails and designs. other customers got their pedicures done and brows waxed. spa-like atmosphere with calming music, they are accommodating to groups and couples. will be coming back and highly recommend! read more

I'm in town for business, and a work friend suggested this salon to me. I got a same day appointment for a pedicure and a shellac manicure. Janet did GREAT! She was very friendly and easy to conversate with. I'm extremely ocd and picky about my shellac manicures, and this is one of the only times I have left the salon not wanting to file my nails when I get to the car! The pedicure was simple, but it is what I wanted. I was also impressed with the cleanliness of the salon (the jet tub was covered so no contact with the jets that are difficult to clean).
