Additionally, my cuticles are sore. Plus, the lady kept dragging me all around the room and was quite rude and rough. Not relaxing or soothing at all. They also had this music on loop, so if you can't deal with repetitive sounds don't come here. I'm not even sure if my technician was properly qualified. She did awful nail art and couldn't make straight lines or a circle. If you're looking for a place to get plain old acrylics, that might be the only thing this place is qualified for.

Juan assisted in setting up my nails and was very friendly and communicative. Jenny then took over and finished the new set. My new set was acrylic with gel polish, almond shape and matte finish. The pricing was reasonable. My friends set was beautiful however there was some nail polish left on the skin of some of her fingers. We both got gel and they soak your hands in this bag of purple liquid that hardens and looks waxy. The liquid is nice and warm and leaves your hands really soft. However, I wish they would have asked if we wanted to take our rings off beforehand as they have some wax stuck in them. In the end, we were still very satisfied and the customer service and overall service was great. Jenny was very patient and did not rush on doing my nails. It was one of the few times were someone didn't make me bleed or burn me with the filling machine. I would recommend you give them a try!
