I went in and Vincent had a customer in his chair he asked what I wanted I stated that I wanted a soak off and a overlay when I got in his chair he proceeded to take my nails off with a nail which broke two of my nails so I stopped him and told him that I wanted to keep my nails then he said well I told you that you can only keep them if you soak them off I said that's what I asked when I first came in the door he then proceeded to Fix it be putting tips on I said no I don't want those in my nails so he I at that point just got my nails cut because I've lost two of them already so he then did them over lay and I told him to remove the access gel from under my nails before he was about to apply the top coat Polish he then tells me ok I will when I'm finish. He proceeded to remove the gel before he polished my nails anyway. After all of the disappointment my total came and it was 50 dollars for going in and coming out with what Vincent felt like doing to My nails which was a very lazy job my nails are ugly and sloppy. read more

These people are consistently rude and run a business as if they are doing YOU a favor. I waited over an hour then a nail tech started doing my nails and then stopped and answered the phone. I then asked her to sanitize her hands again and she got rude and belligerent. She actually yelled at me and told me that it was HER phone so she didn't know why I would ask her such a thing - as if germs are not present on HER phone. Then she told me she would not do my nails and I had to wait for someone else to finish them. I didn't think using hand sanitizer was that big of a deal - maybe I should call the health department. read more

They do very nice nails, the only bad thing is the wait. If you come in on the weekends expect to wait around an hour and a half to two hours. The nails techs try and do their best to meet your needs if you show them what you want. read more

Did my nails good. Fair prices. The pedicure was nothing special. Anyone can paint toes. I believe in a good foot rub. If the foot massage lasts only 30 seconds then the pedicure isn't good. I also noticed he didn't take all of my polish off since my new color was darker he just painted over it. I give the pedi a 1 star. Shitty massage = shitty tip. My friends hyped this place up. I arrived at 3:44pm. Waited 40 minutes. Was sent to the pedicure station, where I sat with my feet in the basin for another 50 minutes before I was tended to. One tech told me two split nails (from my current set lifting) wouldn't be an issue and I could just get a fill-in and have new acrylic laid on the split ones. The lady who actually did my pedicure said I could get 8 nails filled in and just leave the 2 split ones natural. That sounds dumb as hell, so I just asked to have the acrylic removed. She keeps trying to talk me into getting a new full set (for only 8 nails, of course). I ask if I could just get a plain manicure, instead, otherwise there was no need for me to get the pedicure, either. She says yes, then proceeds with the pedicure. After finishing the pedicure, she tells me that I can't even get a manicure because of the splits, and she misunderstood my question. So at this point, I've spent 2 hours and 23 minutes in this shop for a pedicure. I also witnessed one man try to tell a customer that the color she picked wouldn't look good because she too light. Very rude, and unprofessional. My mom, daughter, and myself recently made a visit to this nail salon. I should have turned around right after I walked in, I noticed two nail techs being very rude to their customers. My mom, and I both signed in for pedicures, and fullests. And signed my 4 year old daughter in for a polish change, on hands, and toes. We got seated for our pedicures before my daughter was called to get serviced. My daughter came over there were my mom, and I were getting our pedicures. They were very rude about her standing there, as if she was interfering with their work. The lady doing my moms pedicure turned around yelling to the owner of the shop (KD)! Yelling in Vietnamese, which I found very rude! I could tell by the tone of her voice that it was nothing nice! My daughter was ever unattended during this visit. If it's an issue having children in the salon, they should have a sign posted, saying no kids! If I could have rated this salon less that 1 star, I would have! Very nasty attitudes, no pleasant customer service whatsoever! (RANT OVER!) if you're looking for a nice, more professional salon in the area, I'd recommend Nail Tech down the street, or VIP nails, not too far as well!!! read more

I received a 15 minute pedicure. Toes looked exackly the same. My feet felt exackly the same. The so called, nail tech did not scrape my feet w a tool. Like the lady who was there before I sat down. Still there when he esccorted me to his manicure table. Not really. L ol. Sat at wrong table. Only needed a fill in. Left w nails like bricks. Thick and wide. Never used the tool to shape after he put the gel on heavy. Then they broke off in chunks. Spent 71.00 dollars. Plus 20 dollar tip cuz Im nice. 91 dollars later. My nail look like I did them myself and bought a tool from cvs to finish pedicure. What arip off. If a 100 bucks is like chump change to you....GO. read more

Sky nails is the slowest nail business I've been to. The service is terrible, slow and the employees lie to their customers about the times they will be serviced. The system they use to assist with the order they take customers is unfair to those who have been waiting for long periods of time because they will sit others in the chair before you when the sign in sheet clearly has your name and time printed. I have sat and watched employees without customers in their chair refuse to take customers. I absolutely love Henry and have been going here for years simply to be serviced by him, however, the other employees are not considerate of your time even if you call ahead to inquire about how long the wait is. Also, the way they talk to customers is extremely rude. Unfortunately, as much as I love the way Henry does nails, I will be looking for another Nail Salon that provides courteous service. read more
