Several layers of cuticles hadn't been trimmed. The owners ignored my complaint. They showed no professional concern. Not a word of apology or suggestion. They simply left without a word. When the employees don't have customers, they're on their phones or sleeping in the pedicure chairs. They don't have time to keep their stations clean. they don't sanitize their tools.The worst are the nail dryers. It's a shame they even serve them to customers. They're dirty and disgusting. While getting the pedicure and explaining, I can't have anything hot on me because of my multiple sclerosis. I was doing work on my laptop when the nail tech decided to put the hottest wax I have ever experienced on my foot Well I was almost in tears asking her to please take this off unfortunately, she cannot understand English well. I was trying to take it off myself and slipped my foot out realizing it was stuck in there then I begged her for cold water on my foot. it took the top layer of skin off of my foot I thought at first just my toes, however the swelling and redness continued.
