So they did one nails fist and pedi for the others . They offer several personal care services! I got a pedi with summer bought orange color and a basic clear mani the lady was sweet and cleaned up my nails and make sure they looked good and was Even One of the other ladies got a full acrylic set with 3-D images and a pedicure. The young man did her nails. He did a really good job. They look good. She loves him. And the last lady got a man with white nail polish and a dip set with style All of the people that did our services did a great job. They took their time and gave great quality of work. A very casual lay back five like most nails salon salons They messed up her nails , we let her know that the one side was sloppy and didn't match the other side and asked her to fix it but she didn't. We were in the shop for several hours. There's three of us and it just didn't go as planned. we paid almost $200. read more

I have been here a few times. But I'm not a regular customer. Van did my regular pedicure. I was not too impressed with his work. The only thing good was the message of my legs. I really just wanted the toenail trimmed and callus removed. I could care less about the polish. But the owner did come over and fixed my nails on my big toes. I wanted them trimmed down because they were artificial nails. I'm trying to let my original toe nails underneath grow out. read more

Came in with a friend for a pedicure. I arrived a little early, was promptly greeted and let them know I was meeting someone. Sat on their cozy couch while I waited. When my friend arrived, we were seated in our chairs and the fun began! The owner was very sweet. I believe it was her son who did my feet and he did a great job. Very nice and professional. The lotion and hot stones felt particularly nice. A lot bigger than it looks from the outside. There has to be 7 or 8 pedicure chairs and many nail stations. I had to go out of state the next morning so not able to go in to have them fixed. They would not offer compensation. The manager said polish doesn't last like shellac. First time going here and it was amazing! Also the prices are great. I got dip on my nails with tips (French costs extra $5 I think) and I got regular pedicure on my toes with an acrylic big toe ($10) and my total was $97! I've been to so many places where it's way more expensive for the basic stuff. My friend got dip with tips and regular pedicure no acrylic and it was $77. read more

beware!!!!!!! please donot believe the 4 star rating! one of the worst shops ive ever been to. the owner and female workers are assholes! everything was fine when i was getting my hands done. then when i go to get the color changed on my toes, the piece of that sits in the 3rd chair that worked on my hands said "i shoulda got a pedicure & shes been working on me for 40 mins " because i asked her to trim my toe nails down before applying the polish. well usually thats part of the damn polish change. they will clean you up before applying new polish. she literally applied the polish to where it was running off my toes and when i tried saying something she ignored me. then tried to overcharge me when it was over. and the amount of time it took her to work on my hands was her own fault. not my fault she works slow asf! the techs attitude was trash and she really needs to be fired along with the owner getting shut down for her hiring trash workers and having horrible communication with me about it. i will never again visit this place! do yourself a favor and go elsewhere! read more

While I know it's post COVID, and this is the first review I've ever done and am only doing so because I am highly unsatisfied. I went to Signature Nails today to get a manicure and shellac re-polish. I've been here before quite a few times and never had any complaints. My nails are real and I have never had a nail tech use a drill to remove all of my old shellac and not soak them off. Did not use any cuticle remover, never cleaned underneath my nails, I still had my old polish on my nails and pointed that out to her prior to going to repolish them. I asked for "squoval" shape nails and all of my corners are sharp. I asked to round them a little on the corners and she only did the one nail and moved on. I'm not one to make a scene. But was getting very frustrated at this point. Might I add one more thing, I had an appt. three girls walked in a few minutes behind me and said they had an appt a half hour before mine. So they were late. I felt rushed. The gentleman who also works there came over and said something to the girl doing my nails in their native language and she began to rush even more. She didn't even let me sit under the lights long enough before she was rushing my next hand out. After a few bubbles I noticed I finally pointed them out and also got mad enough to say no, I'm not rushing through the lights to let my polish set and I feel like I'm being rushed as it was. I was not late for my appointment. Only to hear giggles from behind from the girls that were there getting pedicures. I ended up just getting up after she polished them when she asked me to go wash my hands so she can put lotion on them. I said nope I'm good, I'm done. This was ridiculous. I'm a great tipper, and it killed me not to tip my Normal tip. But I was so annoyed and angry at this point I didn't care. My nails are bumpy the polish looks like crap. What a disappointment. Went here twice and both times got acrylics.both times I left and went out to my car and looked at my nails in the sunlight and there were bubbles in the polish and spots that you could see light through the nails.they didnt even do my cuticles or take care of my nails like they said they were for the price.they literally juatcut my nails and put the acrylics on and painted.i pay $5 less at my old nail salon and they clean my cuticles and put lotion on my hands and make sure the nails are clean before proceeding.i went there the second time because I give people more then one chance you never know someone could of just had a bad day.but 2 times in a row?I will not be coming back here and don't recommend it for anyone. read more

They do good quality work but their customer service is the worst I have ever experienced at an establishment. I make an appointment every single time I come here. They never take appointments into consideration, they overbook themselves in order to make a few extra dollars without caring about the quality of their guests appointments. They all work on multiple people at one time making each person end up waiting in between steps without ever saying how long it will be before you get started on again. When I started coming here it was never an issue but for the past 4-6 months it has been and I keep coming back hoping it will change. Today I went in for an appointment for a pedicure at 10:30am. A little over 15 minutes into sitting and waiting in the chair without my water even being filled, my mom and I started to get up to leave as I did not want to deal with being here for 3 hours like I had previously been. As we started to get up they rushed over to my mom and I and said no we can start on you guys. They then proceeded to fill up our water and leave us sitting for another 10 minutes. As we were getting up and they were trying to convince us to stay, another woman who had been sitting at an empty pedicure station got up and said she was leaving because she had been sitting there for 40 minutes without anyone acknowledging her except for when they seated her. Overall. if you don't have an hour and a half or more to spare for each service that you want done. DO NOT come here! read more

I have never had dip nails before but had been wanting them for awhile. I received a recommendation from my stylist for Kathy and decided to call during my hair appointment. I asked for an appointment with Kathy and they said come as soon as my hair appointment was finished. I was more than pleased with my service and the dip nails. I will be coming back here again. Everyone is very helpful and pleasant. Also, a very clean establishment, which is tantamount in my opinion. I love this place, everyone is so nice and they are meticulously clean, their tools even come out in sterile packaging. My regular salon closed due to the pandemic and I am so happy to have found a new home. My experience was good, staff was friendly. However, I got a shellac manicure and it did not even last me a week. One nail chipped off after 2 days, then 3 more nails just completely peeled off after about 5 days. Shellac is supposed to last 2-3 weeks and my manicure did not even make it a week, I was on vacation at the time so was super bummed out with the results. I arrived on time and waited in the front for 15 minutes and then was called back to the station. A tech she was not Anna started to do my nails she buffed one nail and then said I will be right back she never came back she started working on another client. She never came over and said I'll be right with you I'm finishing up someone else. She continued to work on the other client, I've been here for 45 minutes with no one speaking to me. While I watched one nail tech go between two people both were soaking their nails. I knew this was going to be a disaster of an appointment so I put my coat back on and walked out and no one even said a word to me. Wonderful nail salon. Kim did my nails exactly how I asked for them in the picture. Not to manage they were good quality. I love that this place doesn't trick you. They are honest and the products are clean. You can see them using clean stuff and always cleaning. This place is very good and they don't make you wait longer than your appointment. This is by far the best nail place in the Rochester/ Shelby area! I've been everywhere and this place is amazing. Their prices are on point & their work is excellent. I get gel on my nails and regular pedicures. I've never had a nail break or chip. They pay attention to detail and take their time to make sure each one is just right. It's a little hard to find so I suggest gpsing the first time. Kathy & Lee Lee are exceptional nail artists. I was hesitant to write a review bc as of now it's pretty easy to get in to, but they prefer calling ahead so it's the least I can do to help other women find the right spot for them. I even went a month (not intentionally) in between fills bc of family issues and not one nail broke or chipped!!!! That's a place worth telling others about. Highly recommend them!!! read more
