It is inside of a hotel but has a separate entrance if preferred. The staff was courteous and attentive and very area of the spa was clean and very serene. The dressing room includes lockers, restrooms, showers, and a sauna. The robes and slippers were comfortable. I was able to relax in the relaxation room prior to and after my massage service where I was served tea and you can have light snacks (as well as order directly from the hotel bar/restaurant). Overall a great experience but the reason for my rating is that the massage room was very cold and thus not comfortable or relaxing. I alerted the masseuse who also agreed even mentioning that her hands would be cold because of it - when she checked the thermostat it was 65 degrees in the room (during a winter time visit to the spa). Although the massage table was heated I was nearly nude and thus very cold during the massage session. The masseuse attempted to change the temperature but it did not rise during my session.

We then had our massages & they did a great job but the massage was about 40min (we requested an hour) and we were asked to get dressed & offered water on the way out. If you really need a prescription filled faster at a Walgreens, I would really choose the Canton Mart Road location or the location in Madison off of 463. The staff that work inside of the actual store are actually very friendly and welcoming. The store has plenty of space and they're usually stocked with the things that you need from a drug store. But if you need a prescription filled and are in a hurry to get it filled, choose another location or another store.
