I purchased a battery charger along with a mod and 2 bottles of juice for a total of $215 on Nov 28th. The charger is not working properly so I brought it in on Dec 4th and she tested it and we thought it might be the charging blocks that I was using. So I took it back and tried three different charging blocks with the same result. So I brought it back the next day December 5th and she said she can't do a return because it's cash? I bought a vape there in November, 2.5 months later it stops accepting the charge. the port seems fine as the device recognizes that it is plugged in and displays the charging animation but the battery no longer accepts the charge. sound like a defect ( it was not abused or dropped etc). I was told that the 30 day warranty was expired and the best he could do was a discount on a new one ( less than a dollar savings from my original charge). 5 year customer, but I will not return as I feel that means nothing. When I was new to vaping I was totally intimidated going into vape shops, I knew nothing of vape culture (and still don't really care tbh) but sky vapor (both locations) are very welcoming. I like this Smokey point location better bc it's closer to home and the employees / location are more, uhh, likable than marysville! Still, they're all kind and super informative. The disposable selection here is growing all the time. Some ppl have us try products before leaving to make sure they work and others don't, so that's not super consistent but I appreciate it when they remind me to do that. I just wish they opened earlier in the day (like at 9am!), I often see I'm not the only one waiting in the parking lot for someone to open up shop, lol! read more

So sad to see this awesome vape shop be so disappointing over the last few visits. 2 months. Customer Service is so poor and the selection is limited now as well. Today I went in and the counter persons didn't have masks on. I mentioned it and they didn't care. The guy with the red hair and beard waited on me the last few times and today his usual no helpful rude attitude made my decision that I will not be back. I have been shopping at this location since their doors opened. Unfortunately I will not be returning after walking into the store with a 40 day old battery (malfunctioning) And was told I had to take it home without replacement. I have hundreds of options of locations to purchase vapor juice from , but I have always purchased my product here. I will be looking for a new vendor. read more

I started vaping year and half ago I remember Shelley did sold me my first vaping equipment and flavors, at that time she was very helpful and already knowledgeable with the products. Since then I kinda just been using my vape once in a while since I go back and forth from smoking cigarettes. Today after months of not using my vape I decided to visit the store again and see what needed to be done on my equipment. She mentioned that I have it's cost efficient to replace a certain part to be able to re use since mine was older. She routed me to all the options available even thought of getting a new set but she did mention that I could save money going a certain route. She was ver very knowledgeable of all products and flavors. She was very helpful too. As I told her that I did visit some other place but I always come back to see her cause I know I will be taken care of!
