I like it here, and will go completely out of the way to come here, especially since the vape shops in my area are lame, or just have terrible customer service (one place I used to frequent, refused to give me a price for a certain e-juice over the phone, claiming they can't give pricing over the phone at all LOL) and it's right by my house. But, I'd rather come all the way over here, a 12 miles drive to and from to shop here, because their pricing is great, but their customer service is even better. And no shady crap like that other shop!

So I took it back and tried three different charging blocks with the same result. So I brought it back the next day December 5th and she said she can't do a return because it's cash? There, they have a great many flavors to choose from and Jake helped us find the right ones and let us test a whole bunch of flavors, and just before closing too. What a swell guy. My husband bought the 60ml juice of the Dunk'd coffee and donuts flavored vape and he loves it, lasted him about 2 weeks. I was greeted and told it would be a short wait, totally understandable. While waiting, it became apparent that the customer in front of me had some issue with his (very recent) previous purchase. He was told he couldn't return/exchange it. When the customer attempted to redeem some sort of loyalty email with 10% off this purchase he was told that the server was down. The customer was patient and kind but did say, "Man, I am batting .1000 here! Can't return and can't use the discount." It was soon my turn and the clerk was nice enough and somewhat helpful. He kept having to pause our entire interaction "to vape"; three or four times in our 15-20 minute exchange. That was off-putting. I did make a decision with his help and when I went to pay the server was miraculously restored. It seemed fishy--and a little tacky. The customer restroom was less than clean. Overall is was okay, but not a great experience. There is an "ALL SALES FINAL" sign at the register, and honestly, if I had been in a position to shop-around, I would have done just that.

Then I thought about vaping/e-cigarette. I started for the first month using various disposable e-cigarette, even spent almost $100 on the highend V2 disposable cartridge e-cigarette. I was off and on with regular cigarettes because they tasted so bad and one of the brands actually made my lungs hurt. I had to make a change and for the better and quickly before I lost my drive. I stepped into Vaporland and didnt know anything. Vaporland taught me about vaping and showed me how to use everything. They had me tryout dozens of flavors to make sure it was enjoyable. The guys gave me a great deal on one of the smaller Aspire setups and i am very greatful. They have tons of flavors and their products are of high quality. Your product has been great, but I have moved on to better to a better Nautilus system and smoother liquids. I save anywhere between 10% - 25% by ordering online and that is the only reason why I have moved on. They have to pack products and vape products I love the store because, it doesn't cost much and then boys are wonderful. I met the owner the other day and he is great as well.
