It was a huge party too, about 20 kids + their parents so it was pretty chaotic from the start. With it being winter and everyone having gigantic coats on, the space to move around and maneuver within the party area was pretty tight! But I guess all that comes with the territory and for those with kids, it's pretty much expected. Took my daughter to the trampoline area and the place is huge with different areas to jump in and run around. It's a lot of kids and I don't believe there were enough workers to supervise all of the individual areas. It's easy to lose your kid here, especially if they are small and under 10 years old. So I chose to stay close to mine. My daughter did get hurt right before the end of the party. I made sure she wasn't in a highly trafficked area and of course the moment I take my eyes off her for what seemed like 5 seconds, I find her on the ground crying and claiming she is not able to get up. I thought she had broken her leg. After consoling her and asking her what happened, she finally told me that some little boy collided with her and banged her knee. The moral of the story is, be careful when you come here as it's risky. There is not really a separate place for young kids and big kids - they all pretty much jump together. I tried to protect her from the rowdy kids but I've come to the realization that these trampoline parks are a big liability. That is why they make you sign a waiver when you come. It's a fun place but we may be taking a little break until my little one is a little bigger.

It's $10 for an adult to go without a membership. The memberships are for 1 adult and 1 child so if you get one your partner cannot share that membership. You get 2 hours to jump and they call you to leave by the color of your bracelet over the intercom.

I ordered a 14" pizza from Salerno's and some fries to meet that threshold. The food was pretty good. I at first thought it was too much for my small group but we (or I) managed to finish it all. They have some beverages and snacks you can order in the meantime. There's plenty of space for adults or those not participating to sit and I saw quite a few people on their laptops working and even reading. Overall, the kids definitely had fun.

She seemed incredibly confused and panicked by the request. After a while of messing around by her computer she told me that she is new and apologized for the inconvenience and the wait. I asked why management let her work by herself if she's inexperienced and she laughed and said she didn't know. After a long while of messing around and help from another employee we finally got the tickets we needed as well as the required socks. The actual park was fun and interesting with lots of obstacles and courses, and the party I was with seemed to enjoy their time. However when we got our food it was also a complete mess. Same situation. Untrained staff very quick to throw management under the bus. It seems they hire mostly teenagers, but maybe it was just the day we went. I hope management trains their staff more, because if they did this would have been a very fun night out. Staff was nice either way. Fun park just ran in strange ways.

We kept checking the rock climbing area and no one ever came back. After an hour I asked the front desk and they said to ask any worker with a blue tee. So I asked the young man with the AirPod who was actually very helpful and patient as my son spent at least 30 mins with him in the rock climbing area. At some point we made our way to the trampoline area behind the princess bouncy house where I saw the original woman worker who was in the rock climbing area sitting on a bench outside the area, one arm in her sweater and the other using her phone. She was mostly talking to another young man who could have possibly been a worker off the shift as he was holding a blue shirt. I wouldn't have known she was a worker if I had not seen her earlier. Later on I saw another young gentleman who was on his phone with an AirPod in as well sitting on the bench near the basketball area. I had no idea he was a worker until he stood up and walked away (holding his phone) and saw the back of his tee. The rugs and floors and most tables are filthy with tons of black gum stuck to it. Idk why this place allows people to wear shoes where socks are mandatory for people jumping. It's disgusting Other Pros: at least when we went, although little staff present, kids and families were respectful. It wasn't a busy place and I was allowed to go jump without being in the way of anyone. Lockers are only 50 cents. It's a nice atmosphere but there's a lot of polishing up that needs to be done. They are very understaffed and hope they are able to get more or better hires that actually work.

There were multiple attractions that were out of order, the women's bathroom didn't have soap (according to my wife), and the place needs a deep cleaning/update. The only reason I gave this a star was because the young lady did give my son free socks. The teenagers were not attentive and were talking to each other paying attention. Please get it together.
