They only allow so many people in at a time & the whole process felt simple & organized. I was also a little worried it might be dirty since it's a trampoline park, but it was actually super clean!! There's a lot to do for toddlers all the way up to adults lol It ended up being such a fun way to spend a few hours & we'll definitely be back!

This place is a birthday party factory and there's several bday parties at any given time here. Sometimes the check in process can take awhile so I recommend getting there a few min early and always sign the waiver ahead of time. Yesterday we got lucky and were checked in within minutes and given a pair of no slip socks. My son liked the socks so much he insisted on wearing them all day! They typically jump for an hour and then head to a party room for pizza/cake. And then once their tummies are full and they are sugared out they go and jump again. I'd personally throw up, but the kids seem to be OK with this. Yesterday parts of this place were under construction, which made the rest of it seem even more crowded (especially on a cool fall day), but there was still plenty for the kids to do. I personally prefer their Evanston location, but probably just because it's newer. Overall, very fun for kids. I would say the ideal age is 4-12. Great for bday parties or even if you want to kill a few hours on a cold or rainy day!

The Mama hosting the party was all…read morestressed out as she thought they booked a private room for the party but Altitude advised otherwise. It was a huge party too, about 20 kids + their parents so it was pretty chaotic from the start. With it being winter and everyone having gigantic coats on, the space to move around and maneuver within the party area was pretty tight! But I guess all that comes with the territory and for those with kids, it's pretty much expected. Took my daughter to the trampoline area and the place is huge with different areas to jump in and run around. It's a lot of kids and I don't believe there were enough workers to supervise all of the individual areas. It's easy to lose your kid here, especially if they are small and under 10 years old. So I chose to stay close to mine. My daughter did get hurt right before the end of the party. I made sure she wasn't in a highly trafficked area and of course the moment I take my eyes off her for what seemed like 5 seconds, I find her on the ground crying and claiming she is not able to get up. I thought she had broken her leg. After consoling her and asking her what happened, she finally told me that some little boy collided with her and banged her knee. The moral of the story is, be careful when you come here as it's risky. There is not really a separate place for young kids and big kids - they all pretty much jump together. I tried to protect her from the rowdy kids but I've come to the realization that these trampoline parks are a big liability. That is why they make you sign a waiver when you come. It's a fun place but we may be taking a little break until my little one is a little bigger.

Signing the waiver is pretty easy, you can do so on your phone. They have socks for purchase but we had our own from the previous visit. They have plenty of lockers and cubby's to store your shoes, outer wear etc. The kids enjoyed the trampoline park & the arcade. There is a $30 minimum for warm food to be delivered. I ordered a 14" pizza from Salerno's and some fries to meet that threshold. The food was pretty good. I at first thought it was too much for my small group but we (or I) managed to finish it all. They have some beverages and snacks you can order in the meantime. There's plenty of space for adults or those not participating to sit and I saw quite a few people on their laptops working and even reading. Overall, the kids definitely had fun.

She seemed incredibly confused and panicked by the request. After a while of messing around by her computer she told me that she is new and apologized for the inconvenience and the wait. I asked why management let her work by herself if she's inexperienced and she laughed and said she didn't know. After a long while of messing around and help from another employee we finally got the tickets we needed as well as the required socks. The actual park was fun and interesting with lots of obstacles and courses, and the party I was with seemed to enjoy their time. However when we got our food it was also a complete mess. Same situation. Untrained staff very quick to throw management under the bus. It seems they hire mostly teenagers, but maybe it was just the day we went. I hope management trains their staff more, because if they did this would have been a very fun night out. Staff was nice either way. Fun park just ran in strange ways.

When you're looking for stuff to do with your kids, you have 3 main questions:…read more 1. Will my kid have fun? 2. Will it make my kid tired enough to sleep? 3. Can I do this without spending a fortune? In the case of Jump Town, the answer to all 3 is: YES When you walk in, you'll remove your shoes, sign a waiver and pay your entry fee ($13 during the week, $15 on weekends). What's nice is that the price includes two free adults per child. Inside, you'll find massive bounce houses and trampolines designed to burn off all that preschool energy. Everything is free with the exception of a couple of video games or air hockey. There's a small room in the back with some building materials for kids who like to do that. There's a small fenced-in area with small play structures for really little kids. They do have a snack stand available, but you can bring your own food. They have 2 women's bathrooms and 1 for men. There are party rooms available. I think the right age for this place is 3-6. When we were there on a Sunday, there were a couple of bigger kids who don't really know how to watch out for little ones, so if your kid is on the small side, you might need to keep a close eye on them. If you'd like to save money, you can get a 10-pack of visits for $100. You'll probably be back, so this is a great value, especially if you have more than one kid.
