This place is so gross, even for a bowling alley. I was SHOCKED by the conditions of the restrooms. The smell is horrid and they're absolutely disgusting. The wine is Barefoot, but they'll charge you like it's Kim Crawford (not much better, but better than a $5 wine). The food is okay, we ordered a cheese pizza and a pitcher of beer ... after seeing how dirty this place is, you might not want to eat, though ... We hosted a party at Bowlero in Mount Prospect 1/24/2026. From start to finish the staff was great! Our party included guests from ages 2 to 47 and everyone had a great time! One of the little kids decided it was, "the most fun place ever!" We will be back for sure. The chicken tenders were a standout food for the kids and adults. Special recognition for our server, I think his name was Braxton (he definitely introduced himself, I just have a hard time hearing when there is a lot of background noise) and the managers. They were friendly and helpful and very attentive, even when the lanes got busy towards the end of our event. Five stars all around! read more

The bartending service is very hit and miss. You never know who will be serving you. The service typically is extremely slow, one recent tender was not familiar with the term 'neat'. We are all learning every single day; but if you are tending bar, you should definitely be aware of what 'neat' means. The food is bowling alley food. The pizza is meh. Had some problems booking a reservation online. Luckily, the staff was very helpful and friendly and went above and beyond to give my kids and I a fun evening. I would still recommend not booking online and just going into the alley. There are no refunds for online reservations and you can't change the reservation once it's made. read more

Came here with my kid and husband yesterday for some daytime fun. Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Facility was very clean. Food and non-alcoholic drinks were good. All un all a really fun experience! Will definitely be back. 1 less star bc the lanes and machines are pretty old, our lane needed maintenance a couple times. read more

I had my daughters 7th birthday party here and I HIGHLY recommend it here! Gina, the manager on duty was extremely friendly, attentive and present for all my needs. The atmosphere was relaxing with the orange tinted lights. The game room was a blast, lots of toys won. Lastly, the food was good and the kids said it was the best party ever! No pride of ownership here. Place is consistently dirty. Bowling equipment is not in proper working order. Drinks are served with fruitflys mixed in. Staff is disengaged. If they had one person on staff that was enthusiastic about bowling it would prob help lift this facility back up. Right now customers are viewed and treated as an inconvenience. read more

I enjoy bowling at this family-friendly center. They recently have gone through some remodeling, and it looks great. Love the staff, hate the 10 pins. They also have some great menu deals. Super chill staff, great venue! I hang out here every weekend, the employees and managers work very hard, and are very kind!

I had some friends over and my kids, the experience was terrible. Every time I needed something they acted like they were being inconvenienced, especially the manager when asked to raise the bumpers so my kids can play made us wait a wile. I ordered a pizza for my kids (frozen) it came 40 minutes later and was dropped in another table by the manager with out saying anything so I have to bring it to my table; When I purchase draft beer the one I want it was out and needed to be change or refill (how do you open a location and you are not ready for service) When paying for the bill I ask the manager for a bill break down so I can see the charges; she refuse an gave me a smart answer: perfect example of a manager who need some training in customer service. I wonder if Bolero marketing or the district manager can check out this smelly poorly manage location and see opportunities for improvement so the community of Mount Prospect can enjoy it. This Is an AMAZING place to bowl at. Has a small arcade that you can play in, a 36 lane bowling alley, and very yummy snacks like tortilla chips, and games in the lounge like corn-hole, and a pro shop. Very good place during COVID-19. Social distancing, and face masks. Employees were very friendly and helpful and would come back to this Bowlero. Make your bowling alley back to Brunswick Or Brunswick Zone and add the old side walls that say Brunswick Zone, cosmic bowling, the entrance, or anything that could bring back the old times! I came out on a double date for the unlimited bowling that this establishment has on wednesdays. As soon as our group walked in we asked about the specials and the young gentleman at the desk verified the specials with us and we were all under the impression that we got what we came there for. We all had fun and also played arcade games but then when we stayed til close and were ready to pay, the same gentlemen charged us full price as if we were paying individual bowling games. We were all confused and thought it was a simple misunderstanding and brought it to his attention. He went cold real fast and argued with us that we wanted something else and told all 4 of us that we never asked about the special. We were all confused since we asked about the specials from the start. Long story short the employee got super defensive for no reason and the manager had to smooth things over. It was a good time but we didn't appreciate the costumer service at all due to these complications and the approach to handling the situation. Manager even came over and agreed with his employee stating we asked to be charged for regular bowling games. I replied were you here when we asked and right away he changed his tone and gave us the special.. Bad customer service and even worse communication. The names were Travis and David so be aware. I don't like bowling and i would have never gone if it was full price. I don't like to be taken advantage of and I don't want anybody to deal with this type of service. With service like this i wish brunswick would have never left. read more

This place has really gone down hill... bad. I used to come with my family during the Brunswick days for some cheap fun games and now that's not even an option. For a family of 4 on a Sunday night, you're looking at over $100 on just game and shoes for 2 hours. I don't know if that is just Bowlero prices or the "COVID fee" they have implemented on all items inside but it is not right. We ordered some food and it came at the end of the 2 hours which was absurd for $20+ There was literally 2 people working that night. Our game kept on freezing and turning off the lights on the lane, the score was never right and it went to the next person with the person before pins still on the track making us go to the front desk every 10 minutes to reset our track.. The company Bowlero really downgraded from Brunswick and I don't recommend anyone coming here. :( read more

I went to this location last weekend to celebrate my anniversary. & due to having bad experiences at a previous visit I was very skeptical on coming here but I had the most amazing time, staff was nice and everything was everything I wanted and more! I do want to say Alexis was super helpful and super sweet. She was attentive to me and my boyfriends needs she definitely played a big role in the satisfaction of my visit here! I will be coming to the Niles location just because she works there. It's a blessing to come across warm spirited people that you can look forward to seeing every-time I visit Bowlero in Niles! This is definitely one of the best bowling alleys I have been to. Facilities are state of the art and the staff is always helpful. The manager Renee is really accommodating to all of my group's needs, never takes us for granted, and does her utmost best to make sure that everyone is having a good time. I most like all of the screens everywhere, there is always something interesting to watch in between your bowling games. Nice mix of clientele and an awesome pool/billiards hall. terrible place. don't go here if you want to have a fun time because customer service is extremely terrible. it took hours for our food to get on time and they forgot so many things and charged extra until we realized. they shut down our bowling lane because we weren't " looking after our kid " bc it was dangerous but clearly we were and made sure he didn't go anywhere near the lane. we did not have a fun time. we were so annoyed abt the customer service. why close our lane? give us our money back then if you're going to close it. am i right? read more
