This place is just ok but honestly, if your kids are younger, I'd recommend urban air in Valpo or going to Smileys, or strikes and spares. I'ts mostly all trampoline and not much else. The obstacle course is trampoline underneath and my 5 year old was too small to be able to enjoy any of it. They did have an area that was just for little ones. We all jumped into the foam pit but all struggled to get out. They're so deep and there's nothing solid underneath to stand on plus no ladder to get out. I was pretty much having a panic attack while in there. Going in the foam pit you have a very high chance that the foam blocks will rip off your socks as well. Also they're picky about what kind of grippy socks you have. We have several pairs of grippy socks from several different jump places and a person stopped us to check. She was like "are those our socks" Sorry but I'm not buying yet another pair when all grippy socks are the same. It was extremely crowded there. I think they should adjust their max capacity. It was just ok but for the price, I think we will go elsewhere. It was a bogo deal so I'm glad we didn't pay full price. read more

The sign in process was absolutely hell. Our party had a handicapped person and they refused to accommodate. The young lady at the front desk had an attitude and all they thought to do after the shit they put us through was give us some fucking churros. they had kids running the entire place that didn't know what the hell they were doing and looked lost asf. We were in town for a weekend away with friends and were a bit hampered by poor weather a majority of the time. After stumbling across this place we made the 40 min trek and were very pleased! No only does this place have several different options for trampolines: a "room" for littles-only, one for bigs-only, a dodge ball court, a foam pit, a mini Ninja Warrior course, and even a warped wall. This place really has it all and they do a great job of "policing" the different areas to make sure everyone is having the most fun possible. After sampling everything our time was quickly up, which is the only downside to the whole place (timed entry and stay). But it makes sense as the last thing you want is over-crowding. I can't recommend this place enough for all that they offer. It's a really fun time for all ages! read more

This place is a complete crapshoot. It was really nice when they first opened but quickly went downhill after COVID. It's unsanitary, unsafe, unkept & unsupervised. I've discovered the only safe time to come with smaller children is a random weekday during the school year when you know school is in session and unfortunately that's not possible once your kids are school age. Well... they were understaffed but most of the employees were polite and kind. The equipment was in working order. The problem we had came down to their concessions. They had the prices and product on a display. Went to order, and all the prices were double the advertised price. I get that things change, but when you have an advertised price and then won't honor them... it's poor service. Probably poor training... the young lady that was the manager had no idea what to say. It is unlawful to have an advertised price and then charge more. Needless to say I chose not to pay the double prices out of principle. My kids enjoy this place . It's a joke that if you go on line , fill out the waiver, pre pay get your tickets, and any other items prior to arriving. Once you arrive you wait in a long line. 20 minutes x 3 kids = $20 to wait in line then they scan and hand you 3 wristbands. The owners must not care about customer service at all. My wife signed up for a monthly family membership and made several attempts to cancel after the first month. In person, by email, over the phone. Several months later they're still fraudulently charging my debit card. Sure it's a fun place until they decide to keep helping themselves to your money for a service you cancelled and subsequently didn't use because you though it was cancelled, as it should have been. So so very crowded and at one point and for a very long time the main jump area had no one staffing it. my son's party was a disaster! i had 16 guest which came with 3 pizzas & 3 pitchers of drinks. upon check in, i added 3 more pizzas & they order was supposedly placed right when we got there at 2pm. my guest started their jump time, once we entered the party room for the last hour, that's where the nightmare occurred. 16 hungry guests & only 2 pizzas/2 pitchers of drinks were brought. after waiting. i had to go search & find the 2 hostess that were assigned to the party. i was told that she was waiting for the rest of the pizza before bringing refills. we will not book here again! read more

I threw my sons 7Th birthday party here last weekend. I chose skyzone because he enjoys it there and they won me over with the "host" that would do everything for you. So I could actually ENJOY my son, the guests, and the party. I paid for the mega package. It came to about 380$. 10 guests. 1hr private room. 2 pizzas. 2 sodas. Cups. Return passes. Socks. Decorations. And a host. First off. The organization and staff was ridiculous. There was nobody at the counter the enter time. My guests had no wrists bands. So we basically were just jumping. We had to go behind the counter to get our own socks. Only 3. Of my guests were even checked in. And it was after check in time when I arrived at 7. Didn't get checked in or anything until almost 8. We had to grab a cart ourselves and put our stuff on it. We also didn't get a bucket for our shoes. After I got everything for my guests we began jumping. After our 2 hour jump time I began asking when we could have our room. No one could answer my question or even knew were my stuff was. When I finally figured out where everything was they had gotten my party mixed with somebody else's. I brought my own decorations which I was told they would put up. They did not. I had to decorate my whole party while 2 hosts watched and then left. I was brought the wrong pizzas. And the wrong sodas. The host never came back. After my guests began to leave I realized we weren't given the cups or return passes or birthday shirt.... They took a while but finally brought me the things. AFTER All my first were gone. I asked what I was suppose to do.. they laughed and said "go find them later and give them to them" it was a school party... Complete waist of money. Disappointed. Attended a party and the guest weren't assisted for check in right away causing delays and lost jumping time then when we got to the part room the dedicated host was no where to be found and by the time she arrived the kids were already done eating and parents served drinks and food. Pizza was cold and drink had no taste almost as if they were served hours in advance. My daughter had a birthday party here on Saturday. The lady at the birthday check in counter was very rude and not accommodating. She made it seem like our party was a burden to her and her day and she didn't want to help. Mind you we've never been here and she walked away and we had to find her outside to make sure we could even begin our jump time because we had no idea how the whole thing worked. The gentleman that assisted with our party room was nice and apologetic for the mistake that happened with our room. When we got there we had none of our drinks we ordered and only 2 of our 4 Pizzas. Then another one was brought in and I informed him we were still missing one. The Pizza was undercooked and caused people to get sick. Sadly, due to this I will never book another party here in the future. This place is pretty fun. A fun way to burn calories. There is a age group for this. They will tell you what the age group on the TV. This age group will effect where you go for ultimate dodgeball and jumping. Although, if your wearing glasses they will say "Take them off or wear these goggles." Which if you have to wear glasses of course go for the goggles. But, beware! The goggles fog up if your sweating. This is a nice place for kids to burn off some pent up energy. The name sky zone suites the place since there's a lot of activities that require jumping and moving around. Just about all of the place has blow up floors made for bouncing and jumping. What I like is that adults can also play as well and jump with their kids here. The place has kind of a sweaty body smell to it but that's too be expected with people burning up energy and jumping around. There's enough jumping and bouncing at this place that you can get a good workout. Overall this is a nice alternative to taking kids to the park and a great way to burn some energy with the family. read more

I would like to speak with someone regarding TERRIBLE customer service at this location. Briefly we waiting in line for 15-20 min to purchase tickets tonight. That is totally ok. The problem is That one of your sales associates went to the back of the Line and invited kids that were with the kid in front of us to cut us in line. It was a random friday when I came to this Skyzone place. I decided I did not enjoy the music being played. Therefore I decided to ask the "DJ" to play a song that would make my experience better. I asked this Marshall kid to play "Welcome to the Black Parade" by My Chemical Romance. He proceeded to look at my lover and I strange and then he said "OK after a couple songs I'll play it." I was so excited for my song to play. My lover and I then sat on a bench until the song played but guess what. EFFING MARSHALL never played MY EFFING SONG. He lied to me and I feel offended. The sky zone was one of the poorest ran sky zones I have been to, the let teenagers play dodgeball with younger kids with no restrictions. I reported what they were doing they just looked at me and walked away. I waited 10-15 minutes to get to ticket counter Only to be told I had to fill out waivers first, in the other line. I had to go get in waiver line and then back in ticket line... Another 20 minutes of waiting. Manager, Blake, was not helpful in our frustration. We could not buy tickets online as the server was down. I don't understand why there are two lines if the waiver is that important, and they pride themselves in no paper, I would think they could figure a way to do one line. If you can't buy and fill your waiver out online, I would avoid. We left without jumping, did not have a fun experience and the kids were disappointed. read more

I came here today with my twin toddlers like I do almost every Tuesday, but today I left in tears and I hope to never come back again. This place is usually dead on tuesdays so the staff lets them jump on the bigger courts but today they were confined to a netted area with only 8 squares where the bigger kids kept coming in so they couldn't jump around and were confined to 1 square. There were a total of maybe 3 other kids there and for some reason they weren't allowed to go anywhere but there. This was supposed to be a fun last day with my kids before I left them for a week for a business trip and all it did was upset my kids and left me in tears because I felt like I disappointed them and let them down. I hate this place for leaving that kind of taste in my mouth and I will never be back. Make up your minds, either follow the rules or don't but really to expect 3 1/2 year olds to try and rationalize that they can go there one visit and not the next is ridiculous, especially when they see other kids their age being able to jump on the rest of the court.
