I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Sky Zone. From the moment we arrived, the customer service was poor. Several staff members were rude, dismissive, and came across as arrogant instead of being helpful or welcoming. It made what should have been a fun family outing very unpleasant. The biggest concern was the cleanliness of the facility. We found a bug in our food, which was completely unacceptable and very upsetting. We also noticed bugs crawling around the area, raising serious concerns about the overall sanitation and food safety standards. For the amount of money customers pay to visit, I expected a clean environment, friendly staff, and a much better overall experience. Instead, we left feeling disappointed and frustrated. I hope management takes these concerns seriously, addresses the cleanliness issues, and provides additional customer service training so future guests don't have the same experience. read more

Arrived at 11:30am on a hot, summer Saturday. Thought it would be packed. Was surprisingly quiet, much to our advantage. We received prompt attention at every turn. The young staff was very engaging with the kids and seemed to genuinely enjoy the work. This is the third Sky Zone we've visited in two states. Each is unique to the next. While this location is somewhat smaller than the others the cleanliness of the location and staff made up for anything that may be lacking in size and stature. read more

The old 'Defy' business that's now Sky Zone in Indianapolis is a great spot because it opens at 9 in the morning on most days. I have a membership at Urban Air in Franklin (closer to my home) however it doesn't open until 4pm on weekdays (which doesn't help as I have a 4yo who gets out of school at 11:45. Sky Zone has an early entry for kids that are small, I think 9-12 which allows smaller kids to come without being bombarded with older kids. It also has a ropes slide down ride that my son loves and you don't need a staff member there to go on this ride. They also have a giant crash pad which kids jump off the platform and land on this giant pad. Unfortunately, this has to be constantly staffed by a Sky Zone personnel, and it's typically closed when there aren't a lot of people there my son loves this exhibit, however, it seems troubling to get a staff member to stand there and let kids jump for hours on end. Most of the times it's just close unless you ask a staff member to open it. The staff will be adamant about only one person on a trampoline at a time, which is obviously for safety. People are also not allowed to climb to the top of incline, trampoline and sit there. The staff will tell them to get down. They do a good job of managing lots of kids when there's an event happening. I've rarely if ever seen kids even smaller kids with bigger kids there be run over however, my kid likes a lot of animation, so I might not be a good litmus. The cost is about $20-$25 per month for a membership and you can come in whenever they are open. It's also good to get a membership because when there's a long line the members get in a VIP line can scan your barcode that they give you and get your jump bracelets within a few minutes I have seen people stand in line for a while because there are several registration documents you have to fill out before you can jump if it's your first time there. The bathrooms are OK. They are not the best. In my opinion at least a men's bathroom overall, I do enjoy it. read more

I will not be going back to this place. The advertisement online says for 2 hours at 30.00 person. I was charged 35.00 per person for four pre-teens. The price includes a shirt which I only needed two because two of the kids already had glow in the dark shirts. I spoke to the manager after the first cashier dismissed my inquiry about the price. The manager showed no empathy and said there is nothing she can do, the prices online are different than when you purchase in person. I've been wanting to take my toddler granddaughters to Toddler Time at Skyzone and check it out. It's every Saturday morning from 9a.m.-10a.m. Toddlers are $8 and one adult can jump for free. Sounds like an inexpensive way to get a handle on toddler energy, first thing. I'm in. So we arrive at 9 a.m. on the dot, and the line is out the door. As we waited for the line to slowly move, I began talking to others and getting the scoop on how Toddler Time works. I was told that there normally isn't such a heavy turn out, but they were supposed to have Olaf from Frozen there. Well, Olaf never made his appearance to his adoring fans. We made the best of wasted time in line and made friends. I also saved us a little time by quickly filling out our waivers online, on my phone. Like every other play place under the sun, they want you to buy their socks. $4 for orange non-skid socks. I had a few adult size Sky Zone socks already, but not toddler sized. We literally have half a drawer of no-skid "play place socks" now, and I refuse to buy more. I brought in our own from our hoard. It's been a year or 2 since I've been to this location, and I was a bit shocked at the heavy signs of wear and tear on the equipment. What concerned me most was the sides of play areas being torn/separated and wood being exposed. There were areas especially of concern in the sponge pit. The toddlers were all drawn to the one area, looking for a place to climb out. Another parent became concerned enough that they climbed in and sat in front of the spot to keep it from all the little ones sight. There's also a huge lack of seating for getting shoes off, changing socks, etc. While there is a handful of cafe tables in front of the snack stand, they were mostly full of people eating or just sitting. I sat my toddlers on the counter and got them ready to play and then changed my socks as I stood there. We used the cubbies below to stash our shoes and coats. For the price, Toddler Time was pretty good. Because they can easily stay at most play places for 2 hours, I was a little concerned about having less than an hour of jump time. But they only have the main floor, the basketball area and the sponge pit area open for Toddler Time. With only so much to do, they do start to lose interest and want to try to wander down to check out the arcade games. Getting them to leave after only having 40 minutes of playtime was shockingly easy. read more

We went in thinking my daughter would be able to have fun and play until closing for $75 but we were kicked out after 2 hours (unless we wanted to pay another $75 plus $12 each for neon shirts, bc of some glow event they had never told us about when we entered if they had, we wouldn't have come in, in the first place. Over priced snack counter food. $30 for chicken fingers w/french fries and nachos. the place was dirty and crowded and the staff was rude and not helpful. We will never return. What they don't tell you though is that if you don't want to get automatically charged for the next month, you have to cancel the membership 3 BUSINESS days before it's up, all they say is to cancel it before the membership is over. As if anyone reads the fine print on their 300 page long agreement for something like this. Needless to say, when you do get that surprise charge the following month even though you canceled it, they won't give you a refund because it doesn't matter what their employee told you about when/how to cancel it..you should've read that agreement. I cannot tell you how disappointed i am with this place. Not even a little bit COVID friendly, even though their corporate site made it seem like they were enforcing protocol. Most people there were not wearing masks, and social distancing was far from present. I went with my family thinking it would be a way to get some exercise but found it to be crowded. I would like my money back, but the way this business is running, they should keep it to cover their expenses. Beware parents!! Although this is a fantastic place to take the kids to play UNLESS you are the child's legal guardian they cannot go in without consent of the actual guardian via online or physically coming in. This was a huge disappointment to is because I hadn't siblings in town (ages 10, 12, 14) and they are from a farm with no Internet so they were just unable to try it out. I felt terrible getting them all hyped for it and then this happening. Talking with other moms I have learned that this has happened to others and this location and Fishers location is franchised and unrelated so they don't share consent forms between the two. read more

I give 2 stars because the kids like to come here and they do have fun. The Skyzone business model is antiquated. They just updated their system and deleted all the profiles from their old data base. Brand new and antiquated already. You have to go back and register your kids in the new system and it's not any better or faster. Have fun sitting on the bleachers while registering 5 or more kids. Not only that the registration is so long and legalized you would need a lawyer and 2 hours to understand this. Not a customer friendly process. read more

In the words of House of Pain, "Jump around! JUMP! JUMP! Everybody jump!" This place is insanely fun for all ages. It's an intense workout, but it's still crazy fun! We scheduled my step-daughter's 6th birthday party here with a few close friends. We opted for the Super Jump Party package, which includes 1-hr jump passes for 15 people, 45 mins in a private party room, pizza and drinks, all for $250. We were originally going to rent a bouncy castle for the yard for $300, but that would mean buying food, cleaning, and awkwardly/nicely kicking people out. Parties include a friendly staff helper to set up the party room, pass out food & drinks, and clean up afterwards. Our helper was super awesome and really great with the kids! Trying to talk to a group of loud, little girls is no easy task, but she clearly had experience to match her positive attitude. They hung streamers in colors we close beforehand, and wrote "Happy 6th birthday Zoe" on a big chalkboard. The pizza was actually from Donatoes, not some crappy, generic stuff. The jumping areas include a free jumping area, foam pit, two basketball hoops and a dodgeball court. There's also a small food court where you can purchase drinks, snacks and candy. All jumpers are required to wear special socks they give you with slip-free soles. This maintains the cleanliness and safety of the jumpers. We all needed to sign wavers, for liability reasons of course. Jumpers also receive a sticker with their party name and jump time frame. This keeps track of how many people are jumping at a time. This is definitely a kid-friendly activity! Anyone who can walk can jump. We all left with smiling faces, full tummies and the urge to take a nap. I'm already planning our next birthday party at SkyZone! read more

They do a great job of keeping the place clean & there are a lot of supervising eyes by staff. I will say they also provide a water fountain! Ok so I'm pretty sure as a 36 year old this was a freakin blast! One of my friends and I had the day off and wanted to check it out. So we went...upon check in the staff was super friendly, the space was super clean. We had time to kill and we wanted to use the restroom before jumping. Restrooms smelled clean and were very clean! Overall impressed at this point. Our jump time started and we had the entire place to ourselves on a Friday afternoon. We tried all the different courts and the court attendants those poor guys had to follow us from court to court. We got an hour of jump time for $13 and socks(you can bring back and use them again) that are required for $2. $15 for an hour was fairly cheap entertainment and we for sure got a workout in. I had been holding back on going because we have a 2 and 4 year old. I wish we would've gone a long time ago because the girls had a blast, and I was able to work off some of my Christmas calories all while having a blast. My 4 year old didn't want to leave, so I'm seriously considering having her 5th birthday party there for friends. My nephew recently had his birthday here and i brought my 1 year old with me. The staff with the party were great but i will say the attending staff in the trampoline area do not do they're job its supposed to be one jumper to a square and people were jumping all over me and my son and the staff did nothing but stand there even after i said something to them about it. I will also say the adults need to remember that there are kids here and they need to calm they're inner children down. My son we hit by a man in his 30s whom should have known to watch where he was going. But overall not a bad visit i will say the bigger children had much more fun than the younger. read more

I prefer the Northside location, they've always treated you so much better . It was explained to me, not sure what they mean by this Sky Zone is "different" perhaps it's just owned by somebody a lot more understanding and patient when it comes to kids. We arrived 2 minutes late, waited in line for another 12 , then they didn't give us socks so we had to go back for socks and had to wait again. our kids last 15 minutes of jump time and they would not extend at all. So we paid for 15 minutes of jump time per child that we didn't get. We understand that it's spring break and it's very busy but we could've at least been offered a coupon for discount on a return visit and we weren't even given that. Asked to speak to manager manager never came. It's so sad because this is such a fun place for kids. As for me I'll just drive to the north side from now on! read more

Came here for the Adult Trampoline Class held on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Had never been on a trampoline since I was a kid (I'm 45 now) and was a little hesitant. I have to say I had the most amazing experience. The staff explained everything to me and my instructor Kaisi was patient and hilarious. Going back next week and taking a friend.
