Busy! But fun, clean, and staff available if needed. We had a 90min time slot which was more than enough time! Bring water!!!! Those kids get thirsty! Plenty of parking- I recommend doing online payment and waiver signing to not waste time while you're there. If you don't have the orange socks they are $6.00. The massage chairs are also da bomb! I almost fell asleep in one lol. $2/6 min!

I will not be going back to this place. The advertisement online says for 2 hours at 30.00 person. I was charged 35.00 per person for four pre-teens. The price includes a shirt which I only needed two because two of the kids already had glow in the dark shirts. I spoke to the manager after the first cashier dismissed my inquiry about the price. The manager showed no empathy and said there is nothing she can do, the prices online are different than when you purchase in person. I see this no where in the advertisement online or inside the building. If I did I would have held up the long line to purchase online. Skyzone will never get my money again!!'

We had a blast here, came for a birthday party and all the kids had a good time. The staff here were great and attentive with making sure we had everything we needed before and during the birthday party. I would definitely come back and and also recommend Sky Zone for anyone interested in birthday plans.

Went for New Years with my two boys. It was glow night! $26 bought online gets you a ticket, t shirt and two hours of jumping. Other than the smell of sweat, this is a great place for the kids to jump, play dodgeball and burn off steam. Not sure if hey have age segregated areas, mine are about in the middle but I can see how some older kids may do some damage to the little ones in an aggressive dodgeball game. They do have employees closely monitoring the action so the parents can sit back and relax.

Fun time with family and friends!

I have been to SkyZone twice and felt like it was well worth the money we spent. The facility is clean and has plenty for kids and adults to do. This is definitely a perk considering some places don't allow you to participate with the children. We also had a manager who talked to the kids to see how their day was going and to ask if they had fun during their time there. I appreciated the personal touch. If you have never been before, you may want to purchase a short amount of time (no more than an hour), because it does wear you out more than you would think.

Okay, mistakes happen. I wasn't happy but they accommodated (after I told them I would not move the party because the invites were already sent and they contacted me 1 week prior). Then, we arrive at 2:45 (party was at 3). They said they would get our party host and get us to our space. At 3:00, guests started arriving and we were still waiting for our party host in the lobby. Mind you, still holding the cake and all our stuff to decorate, etc. I rejoined the line because I'm not waiting any longer at this point. Finally talk to someone at 3:04. And at that time, a girl walks in on her phone. Our party host . Then we get to our space and she couldn't find the light switch to turn on the lights, doesn't have the socks, doesnt have wrist bands, doesn't have the list of waivers, I could go on. The kids didn't get to play until like 3:45. Then they were called back for pizza and cake. And to top off the day, they made us leave at 4:30 as scheduled. I was embarrassed and pissed. I will mention to keep this story completely truthful, they gave us $60 off our bill of $300. Thanks..?

They do have age and weight limits that they strictly adhere to and I know the ceiling is 250 pounds, because I was knocking on the door of it and had to jump on the scale. You have to be at least three to join in on the fun, so I left the youngest little at home. This place is huge, approximately 72,000 square feet, and there are not many indoor kids play places on the south side of Indy, so this is a welcomed addition. They have zip lines, rock climbing walls, trampoline dodgeball, trampoline basketball, trampolines, a battle pit with foam blocks, trampoline air bag, laser tag, and a ropes course. There are also concession stands and video games. I must admit, that looks like a place that teleworking parents bring their kids while they work. They had some people there that looked like they were in a home office. The entire staff here is very friendly and helpful. Top notch all the way. You can bring your own helmet for the zip line, ropes course and rock climbing, which I recommend, so you know it fits, or they have common use ones that you can borrow They have 2 concession stands, one upstairs, by where you get on the zip-line and one downstairs. The upstairs one is only open on busy days. The downstairs one has a small arcade area and is their primary concession bar. They have candy, soft drinks, hot dogs, burger, fries, pretzels and other typical quick food. They are slightly higher priced than normal. I guess in line with movie theater prices. And they do not allow outside food or drinks. They have 4 zip lines that are all the same, but the number of lines open depends on how packed the place is. They were only running one line while I was there. There are some couches overlooking the zip line and some tables and chairs in the area of the upstairs concession stand that are some prime real estate. That is where some parents set up their hoe offices and also serves as a place to hold people's coats, shoes and other belongings. I did not see one free, while I was there. FYI: The ropes course has a higher height requirement than most of the attractions there. You should check it before you wait in line to make sure that your little is good to go. The rock climbing wall has two sections. One has a lot of attachments for little kids to grab and stand on. The other has much less attachments and is way more challenging. They have a toddler area, with a large bounce house and little toys. It is fenced off from the other areas. It is only for kids 2 years old and under or who are under 35 pounds. This is the only area in the complex that those kids can play. They play host to birthday parties and have a huge indoor soccer field where they hosts soccer leagues, football games and ultimate frisbee. It is very nice, with spectator bleachers and all. It can be rented out. They run some good specials, like their Hero Days on Wednesday and Thursday where Police, teachers, firefighters, nurses and military (along with their immediate family) get a discounted rate for 2 hours of unlimited stuff. It is a really good deal. You may also find an occasional Groupon deal as well. I really do not understand all the bad reviews this place got. My experience was awesome. My little and I had so much fun. She rode the zip line like they were closing it down for the season. She was able to easier navigate the rock climbing wall, which boosted her confidence as well as her ego. There is tons to do here, but I think two hours is good to do what you want to do. This is definitely the place to bring the little ones, but not too little. I highly recommend checking this place out.

It's like a little baby nightclub. But mainly, Zip City is for the big kids. There are two ziplines, several trampolines (even trampolines where you can joust, shoot hoops and play dodgeball), a laser tag area, a sky obstacle course and a rock climbing wall. There is also an indoor field, but we didn't play on it because there was a soccer game happening when we visited. We were here for a birthday party, and it seems like a great place to have a party. You get your own space with tables and a staff member to help, and then you set your hellions loose to burn off the sugar from the birthday cake. It's a really fun place for boys and girls who are adventurous and need an outlet for their energy. One of the things that I appreciate was that there was a staff member at each area, and several at the trampolines. They are always watching everything that's happening, and will remind you of the rules if they see you breaking them. I like my kids to have fun, but I like them to be safe more. In order to use the zipline, you need to weigh at least 35 pounds. Keep that in mind when planning a trip! Kids who weigh less than 35 pounds can play in the toddler section.

My son wanted to spend his birthday jumping on trampolines, so we ended up celebrating here!…read more This location is very convenient for us. It's easy to get to and has plenty of parking, which made arriving stress free. We visited on a Saturday during Glow Night. The event started at 8:00 p.m. and ran until closing at 10:00 p.m. Two hours of jump time was about $30 per person, plus the cost of Sky Zone socks. If you already own a pair of Sky Zone socks, be sure to bring them because they'll honor them as long as they're the Sky Zone brand. For Glow Night, they sell glow shirts for $10, but I really appreciated that they also let you wear your own white shirt instead. I like having that option since some trampoline parks require you to purchase their glow shirt, I like to save where I can. One thing I noticed is that this location doesn't have as many attractions as some of the other trampoline parks we've visited. Unfortunately, a few of the attractions were also out of service during our visit, which was disappointing and definitely bummed my kids out, especially the wipe out because they love challenging each other on that. Even so, they still enjoyed playing basketball, competing in dodgeball, and tackling the Ninja Warrior course. Those attractions kept them entertained throughout the evening. They also have a concession stand if you want snacks or drinks, but we had eaten before we arrived, so we didn't try any of the food.

Beyond that, there are more play structures and a basketball area with trampolines. In the back half of the building, there's a rice pit (basically like a sandbox, but with rice instead of sand), a very fun smaller ball pit with interactive screens - throw the balls at the video game projection and blow up the bad guys, a lego area, and a small arcade (additional purchase required). We saw dozens and dozens of kids having the best time of their life. There was a good amount of seating for adults throughout the building, so we always had a place to sit to keep an eye on the kids. There are lots of hand sanitizer stations throughout and we frequently saw workers with vacuums. We played for 3 hours and our kid could have stayed much longer. I would guess older kids might get bored more quickly, but for preschool or early elementary kids, Smiley seems like heaven. You do have to buy the Smiley grippy socks, but that's a standard penalty for play places these days. After you're done playing, hit up Bugambilias a few doors down for amazing Mexican food!
