Minutes later, other staff offered me a tour, and when I called afterward I was told tours are available anytime. The inconsistency and rude treatment made me feel singled out and discriminated against. I came back the next day at the manager's request, but he didn't want to discuss what happened. If the roles were reversed -- a Black customer denied a tour by a white employee -- I believe this would have been treated much more seriously. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this gym.

Plenty of parking available outside the space. There are cubbies to leave your stuff, private bathrooms with showers (bring your own towel), and a water fountain to fill up your bottle before class! The workout room is dimly lit, with fun lights and loud music to keep you motivated. The equipment is really clean and organized well. Staff are so friendly and knew my name by my second class. The workouts definitely fall into the HIIT category, incorporating various intervals of strength training and Air Bike pushes. Each day is a little different which makes it fresh, but exercises come back around each week so you can feel like you are moving towards mastery of the movements pretty quickly. Being new to the area, I am happy I finally found a workout spot to dig in some roots!

LA Fitness has multiple weight machines, free weights, treadmills, bikes, a swimming pool, hot tub, etc. There is something for everyone. There are also weekly events and trainings that you can jump in and try something new. My wife and I have tried a few of the pool programs and have had a good time. Locker rooms and showers are kept pretty clean and the staff at the front are always prompt and friendly. I especially apprecitate that their trainers are respectful and do not hound you to buy their services. I hated that at other gyms that I have been a member at. From reading older reviews, I think a lot of the problems that have happened at this location in the past have been fixed. I also need to give a shoutout to the daycare area. The staff learned my children's names the first day and are very nice and sweet to our kids. You can use their services for two hours daily and it is so nice to be able to drop the kiddos off and focus on working out instead of worrying about them and if they are doing OK. It isn't the most stylish or luxurious gym but it is very affordable (cheaper for us than Snap or Anytime, and way cheaper than Lifetime), clean, great variety and finally close to our home so there is little to no excuse to not get out and work out.

The second we come to this one and every time we were there the caregiver had an issue. My kids are 3 and 4 one has autism. My kids are kids not justifying if they are not behaving yes I will talk to them. But getting comments on well its no much for me. (mind you its just one kid or 2 kids at most). And then talking to management about it and honestly felt completely dismissed and her saying we are not professionals in medical problems. Don't waste your time or energy here.

So much nicer and easy to find your way around to get the workout necessary and the extra's they have now with the sauna, the massage chairs as well the red light therapy room, they have a lot more to offer and the classes are always fun, their trainers helped me feel comfortable with the equipment and working out. They are encouraging by sending emails and having a positive attitude. I feel welcomed when I go to workout.

( I deal with a special needs child who is waiting for a heart transplant ) so -I was basically begging him to join . After reflection -I was not meant to be there however I felt very manipulated and judged . There is forgiveness but there is also right and wrong ! -I will mention that the other owner Melissa was very courteous and kind . Anyways -not a fit for me
