My husband's cousin gave us a package of venison bacon and venison bologna to try, so we'd know if…read morethat's where we want to take the 30lbs of fresh venison we have to get it processed into bacon and bologna. All I'm gonna say is "Woah!" and I'll be driving straight there on Monday with our venison. Neither meat was overly seasoned but just perfect in flavor and added fat. I only have pictures of the bacon as I was cooking breakfast this morning. I made a fried bologna on toasted sourdough bread for lunch. Ate it too quickly to take a picture of that.
