The SkyBox lounge in Green Bay costs something like $50 per year---but the agent at United was able to give me a free daypass with my United Club card. Inside the very clean lounge are comfortable desks, a few couches and a big TV. The bar has light non-alcoholic refreshments. Although I'd rather be almost anywhere other than an airport, this made the experience much more civilized.
