I'm so happy they have a studio specifically for aerial practice in SLC even though it's about a 40 min drive from where I live. I usually take aerial classes at smaller fitness studios nearby, but they have lower ceilings, so the hammocks/silks are usually setup shorter length. However, this studio has really high ceilings, which allow for longer hammocks/silks. A fun studio to just practice and focus on aerial position. The instructor there is super helpful and can be challenging with more advance tricks/positions. Ample parking outside of the building. I can't wait to come back to practice more. read more

Such a fun place to learn and practice aerial silks! A group of us girls went to try it out and our instructor was amazing! She showed us the ropes and taught us the basics for our first time. The area is very large and there was plenty of room for our group of about 10. Such a rad and unique experience. read more
