We decided not to wait as it was already midnight (late for us!) and come back the next night. I'm glad we did, because there was minimal line and we entered the queue before anyone else, so we were able to enter rather quickly. It was the coolest speakeasy vibe and fun ambiance. We sat at the bar and quickly observed the menu. The menu was lit up, which I thought was pretty unique. It took a little bit of time for the server to assist us, but it was evident she was super busy. My drink came in a skull with a "brain" that was actually edible sorbet. It was vodka and not too strong but also not too sweet. Honestly, I wish I had more! My husband ordered somewhat of an old fashion that he said was the best he ever had. I was worried Paradiso would have a snobby vibe to it, since it is ranked #4 in the world, but that wasn't the case at all! The servers were very friendly and the cocktails were genuinely delicious. There's also a sense of theatre when they present you with their specialty cocktails. For example, I ordered the Gravity cocktail (reminiscent of an espresso martini), and our server brought it in an interesting bowl meant to mimic a black hole and also gave a little background story to the cocktail. They provide menus in Spanish, Catalan, and English. Servers also speak English as well, so communication is not an issue. The interior is gorgeous and and had great moody lighting, there was also a great playlist on with classic pop songs. Their cocktail menu is unique and as previously mentioned, I especially loved their presentation. Most of their drinks are served in some funky cup or bowl, it was so fun seeing the servers bring out other cocktails to other tables. Overall, a 5/5 experience for me!
