Let me start off my saying I HATE leaving negative reviews as I know how much it impacts a…read morebusiness. However, this is directed at Jim Phelps, the GM of Drew's Car Wash. The employees & office staff have been extremely helpful each & every time. Back in Aug. '25 I visited the Wellborn location w/ my 2025 Ford Raptor. Grant you this is a $95,000 truck. Evidently the attendant guided me in crooked, as the truck slowly went sideways. I tried not to freak out & do any abrupt maneuvers to cause damage to my truck. However, it shifted onto the tire shine sprayer & climbed it. I jerked left to avoid any damage. I made it out safely w/ no paint damage etc. I let the techs know what happened as they towel dried my truck. I went on vacation for a couple of weeks & left my truck at home. When I got back home, I noticed my truck had a hard pull to the left on it. I went to the office & the ladies took down my info. Jim called me back the next day, & said he wondered how his equipment got damaged & insisted that there is no way that my alignment could be off. He insisted I get it to Ford to have warrantied out etc & that these Raptors are able to handle severe off-road abuse. Come to find out my alignment was indeed off & I took the $130 receipt to the office & said yall don't have to give me a check, just give me 3 months free or whatever makes sense. Jim called me back the next day & was quite rude, still blaming me & refusing to pay anything. What should I done Jim? Locked up my brakes to break your machine / tracks ? Honk my horn super loudly to get everyone's attn ?? I did the quickest reaction I could think of by holding my steering wheel to the left to not get any more damage. I understand no one is perfect & everyone makes mistakes ( even I do on the daily). However take some ownership in your employees etc Jim. I wasn't trying to seek thousands of damages, just a simple reimbursement of my front end alignment. However your attitude & customer service made me finally write this review & educate the public.

We're both gobsmacked at the care attention to detail we received for a (way more than) "full service" car wash. We both did the standard level wash (not full hand wash) but my car was detailed better than when it rolled off the dealer's lot. My fellow traveler and I both remarked about how this would be 4 times as expensive back home. Yes $50 for a car wash doesn't seem inexpensive but for that kind of service it was a bargain. I should add that my car arrived with 2000 miles of bugs, dirt, and who knows what else.

The right front passenger side window belt molding detached while my vehicle was in the wash system. Drew's later told me that their surveillance footage showed the molding detach when my vehicle reached the blowers, and the molding was eventually located and returned to me. It was broken and unusable. The molding had been professionally replaced by Caliber Collision only four months earlier. I provided documentation and a $406.76 repair estimate and made multiple attempts to resolve the matter directly. Instead of addressing the damage, the General Manager denied responsibility and stated that the molding detached because of "lack of glue," Kia's design, weather, and aging. I disputed that explanation and provided documentation showing the component had recently been professionally replaced. The physical condition of the recovered molding was also inconsistent with the explanation given for denying the claim. I ultimately sent a formal written demand for $406.76 by certified mail with return receipt requested. Drew's received the demand but, as of this review, has not responded or agreed to reimburse me. My experience with Drew's was extremely disappointing. I would not trust them with my vehicle and will not be returning. Potential customers should take this experience into consideration, especially given Drew's current C rating with the BBB. There is a reason I would not return, and my experience is one of them.

Then…read moreI looked at the spray gun; the barrel and nozzle were detached - it was just the handle and water was dribbling out. So I moved to the next stall over and tried again. This time, the spray gun worked fine, but no soap ever came out. The girl in the stall next to me said the same thing: no soap. So I rinsed my car. Today I checked my credit card, and it was WAY more than I was expecting - $13.00! I don't know exactly, but I think the tally was maybe $6.00 when I was done rinsing. Not sure how that became $13.00.

It's 4 different things in the complex : Wings Washetaria / Laundromat, Wings Carwash, and Wings & More Restaurant, Wings & More Private Party Place to rent. I guess while you ran your party, you would eat wings and more, and before the party you could do your laundry and after the party put them in the dryer and to wait it's dry you should wash your car .. What a concept !! .. hahaha .. LOL .. I didn't try the party place, the restaurant, or the carwash. This review only for the laundromat / washetaria itself. Their washers and dryers are pretty clean and newer, with bigger capacity, not like those oldest laundromats that nasty inside their machines. Also their folding table are clean and the laundry-cart roll well and no rust in them. It's $1.50 per cycle for the washers run about 15 mins and $0.25 per 8 mins for the dryers that dry really well. I only needed less than an hour to wash 2 sets of beddings for about $5 .. CHEAP !! I was also happy because their money change machine worked. I changed $20 bill to quarters easy !! I remember they close at 10 PM and take the last wash at 9 PM. Don't remember when they open. I came around 7 PM Monday, not to crowded and they have lots of wahers and dryers. Didn't need to wait. They have 2 big screen TV to watch while you there. I took 1 star because their floor full of trash from people washing and I don't see any one came to sweep during my visit. Will be visiting again and I recommend this facility.
