This hotel is in a great location to get to a lot of things quickly. Theres even a Starbucks in the same shopping center for an early morning quick fix. I like the layout of the rooms. You dont feel smooshed together as a family. You have the little kitchen area, tv/living space area, and bedroom with another tv. The bathroom is spacious but you can see some wear and tear with it being an older hotel. I also had an issue with the the tv volumes. One remote would turn the volume up or down on the wrong tv. I do appreciate that this is one of the few hotels that still offers alcohol wipes to clean high traffic areas when you first enter. read more

Great hotel as we traveled through Vegas. Was worried we wouldn't find a clean and pet-free hotel. They do accept pets for a fee but they remain only in the first floor rooms. The rest are pet-free which is great to avoid allergic reactions to residual pet fur. Check in was a breeze. Staff has a great sense of humor and are friendly. Room was at the end of a long hallway and was an accessible room. It was a spacious king suite. Appropriate grab bars in the bathroom for ease of use. Room was clean, the curtains were automated which was nice. Two TVs a small dining table and a full compact kitchen Overall pleased with our stay. The reviews were spot on for this hotel. Our family of four stayed at the Residence Inn Henderson, and while the suite layout was practical, the experience was deeply disappointing due to poor customer service and a lack of attention to detail. The primary issue was the unacceptable check-in experience. The receptionist was completely indifferent to our arrival, making us feel unwelcome from the very first moment. When we got to our suite, which was booked for four guests, we found only two towels. As it was late by the time we realized this, we didn't bother requesting more, but this is a basic detail that housekeeping should get right. The night was incredibly noisy. A loud party was clearly happening in the suite above us. Other aspects of the hotel were also lacking. The water in the swimming pool had an uninviting color, so we decided against using it. At the complimentary breakfast, the breakfast room itself was pleasant, but the potatoes were not fully cooked. The only positive was the convenience of having a suite with a kitchen. However, given the poor service and numerous issues, we will not be returning. read more

The hotel overall is really nice. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The room really was incredible. We also had a view of downtown Las Vegas and the mountains were beautiful too. The one big downfall was how bad the customer service was. Upon arrival the front desk person was VERY unfriendly and we could tell she wanted nothing to do with us. She asked for our license and credit card, and we let her know we did check in online already if that helped at all (The app didn't allow us to get a digital key). And she said rudely, "We don't don't do that here, license and credit card." Yikes. She then pulled up our profile and realized we were elite members and her attitude did a 180. We didn't want her niceness just because of that. Wish the experience could have been better. read more

Surprisingly, this was a very good stay. Double beds in the room with a separate living room space and lovely kitchen full refrigerator microwave plus a huge dining table. Spacious bathroom with bright lights. Very peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. There's another hotel next door and bank within walking distance in the parking lot. Free complimentary breakfast was excellent. Staffs were friendly and kitchen crew was fantastic. Very clean! It had a good variety for basics. Brand new and well maintained. You can easily walk all around the building or areas surrounding it. Lots of restaurants across the street and down the streets in Henderson. Lots of good crepes and French bakeries in Henderson, not far from hotel. Swimming pool area was packed with guests. Summer vibes here. Spacious indeed. Closet had enough clothes hangers and drawers in the hallway leading into the bathroom. Hairdryer was nicely wiped down in excellent condition. Yes, as a Marriott Bonvoy member, we would definitely be revisiting. Great location southwest of Henderson. Comfortable and safe neighborhood. My favorite was the window view in bedroom and living room. It felt special. We can see nature/the mountains and modern built homes from the room. Seven Hills neighborhoods? Absolutely gorgeous. COVID EDITION We stayed here for three weeks in the month of August and September. This hotel has everything you might need for an extended stay. (During breakfast one morning, I heard a guest saying she's been there for a few months!) The kitchen in our room had everything one might need if they were at home. There is a full size refrigerator. A microwave for reheating your left overs. Or if you feel incline, you can cook something over the two electric stove top. And afterwards, you can throw everything you used into a dishwasher. My only gripe with the kitchen set up is that the stove is right next to the refrigerator, which was very cramped and made it difficult to cook at times trying to use both induction stove tops at one. The kitchen had all the cookware you might need, pots, pans, utensils, cups, knives, etc. Even though there is no official dining area, there is a breakfast countertop that sat perfectly for two people. So for all of our meals, we were able to dine there and watch TV. The living room was a decent size. It had an "L" shape couch. There was a separate desk and chair so that you can work. The TV had your usual channels. It even had the option of watching HBO, Netflix, and YouTube. However, for some reason, it wouldn't stay connected. And when it did connect, it would be laggy and eventually drop the connection. The bedroom had your basics: bed, closet, drawers, and two nightstands. The bed was horrible. The mattress definitely needed to be changed. After each night's sleep, I wake up sore from the bed being not supportive. To get to the bathroom, you have to go through the bedroom. The bathroom was on the large side. It was one of those tub shower combos. Since we were staying for quite some time, we used their washer dryer that was located on the first floor. No it's not free. You can get change from the front desk. You also need to have your own detergent. Breakfast was included with our stay. Due to COVID, it is no longer self serve. Instead you would place an order with a staff member. Mask is required throughout the hotel. Although some people do not adhere to the posting. There were many times where people were lounging outside near the pool not wearing face mask. During our stay, the staff were friendly and polite. We had a last minute change to our itinerary and had to stay an additional night. The front desk was able to assist us so that we can stay in the same room for the additional night. Parking is free. However at night it can be a bit crowded since the lot is also shared with another hotel in the same plaza. Even though the gym was open, we opted to take our exercise outdoors. The location of this hotel is right next to the St Rose Parkway Trail. This was the highlight of our stay. We walked every morning along this paved trail. The location of this hotel is convenient to everything. Nearby, you have grocery stores and restaurants. Go a bit down the road and you have Costco. And if you're dying to gamble, go a little bit further down and you will reach the M. Definitely would recommend if you're looking for a place to stay in Henderson/Anthem. read more

As lifetime elite Titanium and Ambassador member it never fails to amaze me how rude front desk can be. So I laugh, and then head out to dinner. Upon my return, there's a note from the Ambassador team with a wine bottle... love it, but the front desk upon welcoming me should have been nicer and actually welcoming and just given me the wine on entry. A recent trip to Vegas for business left me wanting to be as far from The Strip as possible! A new Residence Inn out on St rose in the southern part of the valley is exactly what the doctor ordered! The place is practically new, in fantastic shape, and well laid out! The rooms are spacious with a King bed, large walk-in shower big enough for 3-4 people, a separate living space with a small sectional, and a quaint kitchenette! The common area in the lobby is well designed with a few large screen televisions. The breakfast area is well done, however, the staff running it is clueless! One morning it was 30 minutes before the majority of items were restocked! At one point, people were verbally telling the unapologetic manager that they would just go elsewhere for breakfast. I'm a Marriott loyalist from years ago, and did appreciate my experience at this new Residence Inn. However, it it wasn't for the apologetic Night Shift that knew right away, without being told, what had happened that morning it would have soured the whole experience! read more

We were here as support parents for our boys' high school basketball team. So although we did not stay here, we were greeted by excellent customer service from the front desk staff. They were friendly and accommodating for us being there as we did our boys' laundry after each game. The lobby is large and spacious and multiple tv screens was a great plus as we were able to watch different games as we waited for the laundry to finish. I don't know how much their rates are but I would definitely consider this Marriot location on our next trip to Vegas. read more

Stayed here for 1 night for a little staycation. Checked in on August 31, 2023 and checked out on September 1, 2023. Upon booking the room I decided to use some of my Marriott Bonvoy points which was able to get me a 1 bedroom suite @ 20,000 points. If I went and paid for the room without points I would had paid $180.00 for the night. So having points was worth it. During Checkin the nice lady told me all about the hotel and was extremely friendly. She asked me if a room on the ground floor was good I said that's fine. She then informed me about a $20 incidental charge as the room is paid with points. After a quick Checkin I made my way to room 111. Which future a full kitchen with an oven & stove. As I used to work for the Hampton inn next door I knew what these rooms looked like as I got to see the rooms a few times since both hotels are ran by the same owner. Overall I highly recommend this residence inn to anyone needing a comfortable, Clean room. read more

This place was up to snuff. I still cleaned it when I got in there but my paper towels and wipes mostly came up "empty". Nice job. Room was very comfortable. Residence Inn is usually great for a family of four and this one didn't disappoint. It was quiet, too!! Verry disappointed by staff at front desk and the house keepers. House keepers are thieves and stole over 300$ worth of food we had just purchased from the grocery store and then was told our stay was not extended last min. We did not get a call from the hotel back after calling them about the items left in the room and the girl at the front desk was very rude about the whole situation. they got more money in food than the room cost! We stayed here for about 3 weeks, sept to oct 2020 while our house was in escrow. We were waiting to move in. There were a few others staying there for similar reasons. One guest had been there for more than 6 months as her house was under construction. Residence: Our room had a kitchen, 2 person dining table, desk, couch and king sized bed. Over all, it was quite comfortable for an extended stay. Being fairly new it had no rundown areas and our room and bed were in good condition. Breakfast: Due to Covid restrictions. The usual self serve breakfast was modified to ordering from dining room staff. Of course the menu was limited but the basics were available. Staff was friendly and helpful and remembered our preferences. It was basically making the best of the situation. Other Service: Front door is locked for security and desk staff will buzz you in once they recognize you. Everyone was helpful and friendly, without exception. Snacks, frozen dinners, beer and drinks available. Laundry rooms. There is a Starbucks adjacent to the hotel but few other options without using the car. I'm going with 5 stars as it meets all the needs of the longer term hotel guest. Would be nicer if more were available within walking distance. Otherwise, excellent service, comfortable safe rooms and moderate price. We would come back. read more

I recommend this place to stay in. We've been here since March 1st, 2021 and presently it's March 20th, 2021. Our RV is currently being repaired and we have loved it so far staying here. The employees are also great (Katy, Isabell, John, Dinea, Kathryn, Yena, and Brian (GM). We love staying here, and it's right next to my favorite Starbucks. I stayed four nights Jun 1 to Jun 4th. We arrived in morning and the room wasn't ready yet which I expected. I had a King room reserved and pre paid. Upon checking in. The front desk clerk attempted to switch me and my two teenage grandchildren to a room with two double beds which I declined and said I would wait for our room to become available. We checked our luggage in and went about the city. When we came back later that day the from desk checked the status which wasn't yet available. Instead of having us wait they placed us temporary in a room until the booked room was. After a while we decided to out again and later received a text message that the room was available. We checked in and went to our room. U First thing my Grandson did was lay down on the bed. Something didn't feel or look right, as I looked around I saw various shopping bags and boxes, half eaten food on the kitchen counter and in the sink. Then I turned to the bed and noticed the covers on the floor and the sheets pulled back. I screamed st my grandson to get out of that bed! I was furious and overwhelmed that an hotel ran by Marriott would expose my family to such a major threat exposing us to who knows what viruses, bacteria, diseases, etc. we grabbed our things and headed back to the front desk. The then switched us to a THIRD room. This time the room was clean! My granddaughter slept on the sofa bed. The next morning she complained how uncomfortable it was. I sat on the sofa when it was back in the sofa mode and nearly sank into the frame of the sofa. There was totally no support. That first night as we slept the room was very cold, the next morning upon leaving the room to spend the day in the city I stopped at the front desk and explained the issues we endured. I then explained to the director of the font desk and she offered me Marriott Club Points good for one night future stay. I asked her for a credit against my account now. She said because we went through so much it was the least she could do. I thanked her and explained to her how I lost $1400 at another hotel that Priceline booked us and later found out it was unsafe to stay in so we decided not to stay there loosing my money. My decision but had nothing to do with the incident at the Marriott Residence Inn. The manager assisting us as write a post card note apologizing for the problems and gave three gift bags filled with treats to my grandchildren. She also told me the hotel was in the process of replacing the sofa beds but due to the expense it was being done in stages, however no effort was made to replace it during our stay. As for the cold room they never checked it, instead the night before check out we discovered there was a thermostat mounted on the wall behind the TV. It was set 66 degrees. The TV is hard mounted on a piece of furniture and could not be moved only it swivels left to right when the thermostat was noticed. Last, I remember checking me athletic hoodie sweater with our luggage but noticed I never got it back with the luggage. Upon returning home. I thought about it that one day credit was not a fair offer and called Marriott Customer Support woo relayed my concerns back to the hotel at Time Square. The same director who handled my issues replied to my complaint. Saying they credited me one night and me feel as though I was attempting to take the hotel for all I could get by throwing in my face the issue with the other hotel. I have pictures of these issues and really feel that s credit of greater then one night is due considering what we were subjected to and in the apology note from the same manager. read more

New hotel...opened 3 weeks ago. Service was on point and great amenities in the room. Outdoor pool was a little small but great for the warm evening. Dinner (grilled chicken sandwich, salad and fruit) and drinks (soft drinks/wine) was included at their social hour. Plus a full hot and breakfast bar. Our stay at this Residence Inn Marriott in South Henderson surpassed our expectations! Every member of the staff was pleasant, friendly, happy and helpful. The room was spacious, clean and well equipped. We were here for 3 days and I must say it felt nice to come home to a nice comfortable place at the end of each day. The area was also super nice---close to restaurants, shopping, Whole Foods, gas stations, parks and very convenient to everything. Starbucks is also right next door! This hotel is definitely our go to when we're in town, which we are often due to the large amount of family members I have in Henderson. Funny because about 8 years ago there wasn't much on St. Rose and now there are so many places. Walking distance to Starbucks and Subway with many places across the street. The entrance is a little tough depending which way you are going down St. Rose. We have stayed here twice now. The staff is always welcoming and help us with whatever we need. I always hate the feeling when you arrive at a hotel and you feel like you're disturbing the front office, they have NEVER been like that here and are prepared for us at check-in every time. If you're lucky enough to stay on a top floor towards the front of the building, you can see The Strip. I love the decor of the rooms and they have a refrigerator/freezer combo, kitchen sink, microwave and has dishes in the cabinets of the kitchen for your use as well as a sponge and bottle of Dawn for cleaning the dishes. We stayed here in the beginning of May 2020 during COVID-19 and they did an excellent job with cleaning the common areas and instead of the normal breakfast they did breakfast boxes. It's a gorgeous property and has several outlets and usb outlets throughout the room. Parking is plentiful and safe. read more

Rooms are a little on the dark side...dark wall paper here and a desk lamp would be great but it wasn't there. Bed was comfortable, shower hot but walls are VERY THIN. I heard my next door neighbor snoring. You have to blame the developer for this...poor quality construction. The only other negative is the breakfast. I thought it could have been much better. Didn't feel like anything was made fresh here...just the service industry standard stuff that comes in a can/package. Also eating breakfast on plastic utensils feels so cheap and tacky...I hate this and it's so bad for the environment. read more

Husband and I roadtripped from Denver to Los Angeles and were happy with our stay at the Residence Inn in Henderson. Location is away from the chaos of Las Vegas so getting back on the road was easy an we avoided city traffic. We were able to run quick errands at businesses nearby, as well as find late-night food nearby. Room was large and spacious (one of Residence Inn's newly renovated models) everything was clean, and ammenities were adequate. After a 12 hour drive, I like to move my body and get in a good sweat. The small gym was well-equipped with filtered cold water and clean towels. Two benches, plenty of dumbbells/kettlebells, and a few cardio machines helped me get a good work out in efficiently. The team was very accommodating for our service animal and provided us with assistance and an ADA room, no questions asked! Overall great experience, but one less star because my husband mentioned the check-in was clumsy and the property missed a few of the customer service standards set by the Marriott brand. Overall, would not affect my desire to stay here in the future, as everything else was exactly what we needed! read more
