I had two 6 year olds and they had a blast, they got cold but not too bad. The tour guides do a great job explaining the history, what you're looking at and all kinds of cave facts. It's big inside, there are low spots but you don't really feel claustrophobic if that's something you're concerned about. Gem Mining was a good time, kids were super excited about the treasures they got to bring home. If you're looking for a different activity to do with the kids, adults or family then you should check it out "!

Unfortunately, we don't appreciate the managing girl, who wears a mask outside, very much. She has little to NO people skills and has no appreciation for Military service, though the owners of the park do. She won't give the military discount on tickets, just the very first one bought. WTF? We bought a bunch of batting cage tokens for the fast pitch baseball machine. Most all the pitches were over our heads. Ridiculous. We told her and she said, " I know ." We need to get it fixed. However, NO refund could be given. We once arrived there and bought Kart racing tokens. After we paid, she immediately went and closed the track because of "potential" rain. She wouldn't give a refund, said the owners would not allow it. BS. It did not rain for 2 hours. We had to use the tokens weeks later on our way through town again. She is terrible. While we were playing the large connect 4, she constantly worried about us picking up the pieces off the ground. Of course we always did, but as soon as the game was over, she'd yell, " are you going to pick-up the pieces ? " Two seconds after the pieces hit the ground. We had to finally tell her to STOP! She was so damn annoying! This girl should not be in any type of customer service position. When we asked for her name to complain to management, she said she couldn't give it due to safety reasons. She is such a bad person to have running your business. If we see her again, we will just leave. Not worth the aggravation. We do love the Karts and the military discount! Too bad the batting cages suck.

We tried the laser maze and at first had some trouble, but we pushed the call button and an employee was over to help us quickly. He was very nice and reset the game for us, it worked fine after that. Since we'd never tried this before, we went for medium, that was way too easy for us. If we tried again, I'd set it at expert for the adults. Need a bit of a challenge. My favorite thing was the go karts. They went so fast and we were going around the track for a bit which was nice. Seriously, I've never been on go karts this fast. Everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. And everywhere was clean, including the bathrooms. Aside from the couple games not working right (blue games that are included in the play or combo pass), I think everything was up and running. I loved that they had a spot for parents to chill too, there's lots of places to sit too. Really cool place with something for everyone.

We went with the Four Pack deal, which was being offered at the time and was tremendous value: admission, refillable drink cup, parking, and a combo meal for $55. Thought that was incredibly worth it! We also did the Fast Lane so we wouldn't be bogged down by the heat and lines, which was QUITE steep at $85 a pop, but so few people had it that we never waited more than 5 minutes for a ride the entire day. Up to you on how much you value your time, but we thought it was worth it from a sanity perspective. The park was VERY clean and well landscaped. It didn't feel like a concrete jungle by any means. Now the park is celebrating 50 years, and you can tell a lot of the park hasn't been touched in 50 years from the dated color schemes and peeling paint. Some people might find it nostalgic, but I found it to be a bit drab. Food and drink options were plentiful, and quite tasty! We had the chicken tenders for lunch from the Beach Bites cafe and they were juicy and delicious! I was a bit weirded out that the ranch was out in the sun all day, but I didn't get sick ;) Overall, this isn't the largest theme park I've been to, but it checks the box for the thrill seekers out there. I found the water park to be crowded and underwhelming, so I'd stick to the rides myself! I don't need to rush back, but I look forward to coming back in a few years to check it out again!

A new chaperone law is in place, requiring anyone under 18 to have a 21+ chaperone. This should return to 16+, if your security is that poor that you have to exclude people from your park.. that's your problem. The all day food pass was removed and season passes have went up 40% this year. Will probably not return next season. Thanks Enchanted Enterprises.

I have never had so much fun playing mini golf. What I really loved was that there were different kinds of materials to simulate sand traps and different kinds of grass. I've never seen that before. The amusement park at home only has one kind of plain green surface to play on. I know it's a weird thing, but I live for the fact that their water is dyed blue. It just kind of adds a fun little element the hole mini golf experience. Another little weird observation... The whole place smelled really good. There were lilac bushes planted in between the holes which really made for a pleasant experience playing. The downside... Bug problem. I don't know if it was gnats or what, but the last couple of holes we're a little bit rough because we were getting bit by bugs. We also played some Skee-Ball before getting back on the road. Teenage staff was helpful. The place appeared pretty clean though we didn't see much of the indoors. No bathroom stops so I can't tell you anything about that. But nice experience.

The visuals are beautiful and the effects make a huge difference you can feel the wind and even a little mist, which makes it even more immersive. At some points I honestly forgot I was inside the mall because it felt like I was really traveling. It's not too scary, but still exciting enough to enjoy every second of it. I was a little nervous at first, but once it started I just relaxed and had fun. The whole experience is very well done and something different from anything else in the mall.
