Once all our paperwork was submitted, he was able to get our preapproval quickly, little did we know we would be on a lock down due to the pandemic shortly after. He took the time to explain our loan options on multiple occasions and was ALWAYS available to answer all our questions. He was able to provide us with an FHA option as well as a conventional. We decided on the FHA since it made more financial sense for our situation. The seller really wanted to close by a certain date which seemed impossible at first, but Todd pulled through and made it happen.
