Every time I've been, I've been greeted with a warm welcome and a smile. Unlike other liquor stores, you don't have to search for someone to help you here - the staff comes to you and offers assistance. One unique experience was when I was struggling to choose between two different types of scotch. The staff actually opened the bottles and gave me a sample to help me decide. I ended up loving both and bought them both. Another time, when I was purchasing wine, the staff at checkout offered to give me a chilled bottle of the same wine, making it immediately drinkable. Kind gestures like these really make a difference. **Liquor Section** The collection of liquor here is carefully curated, and it's clear that the person choosing the liquors knows their stuff. On a somewhat recent visit, a staff member saw me eyeing the whites, asked if I needed assistance, and then gave me really thoughtful recommendations on Chardonnays (which I took and didn't regret.) Also, they have a good assortment of pre-chilled wine in a cooler near the entrance, which makes it super easy to run in and grab something if you're shopping last-minute and need something in a rush.
