A couple days after that the alleged owner posted that all orders placed prior to July 5th would be cancelled and refunds would be issued. I know Verizon well, it's one of the worst companies you could ever want to deal with, so I cancelled my service. When I returned their equipment, the girl said to be sure to keep my receipt because they'll try to claim they didn't get it. I got a bill anyway. They call it a restocking fee. So they charge you if you keep the equipment and they charge you if you return the equipment. And the bill makes it very clear that if you don't pay, they will turn the account over to a collection agency to ding your credit. How is that legal? It's legal because Verizon is a corrupt corporation that spends big to pay off politicians to leave them alone while they screw the public. Never, never, ever do business with Verizon.

She said that I could get 2 of these watches Free + a reasonable monthly fee+ *Insurance that she said I could drop in *3 months. Turns out these watches DO NOT signal for 911 when you fall. I had a bad fall & it didn't call 911. Our Monthly T-Mobile bill has doubled randomly with multiple charges of $1. Spoke to a Supervisor who said it would take $700+ to pay the balance for the 2 "free watch phones" or she said, "Maybe you could sell them online". To say that T-MOBILE has had a serious decline in the 14 years we've had them is an understatement. Calling their Corporate office in "Bellevue, Washington today.
