They also cautioned me that I might have to pay for glass replacement - though as it turned out, the original glass survived the replacement, so the replacement costs were fully covered by Google. I got delayed in traffic so I called ahead to see if I could still pick up the phone five minutes after closing; the answer was yes so now I have a phone that holds a charge for more than 30 minutes. Yay! I also brought in two Apple devices with dying batteries but after getting price quotes, I decided that they'll just need to keep limping along - very helpful in making the repair vs replace decision.

It did not seat like it should. the foam is supposed to go all the way against the cone. It did not. It left a gap all the way around. when I explained this, with pictures, to them they said the cone is sagging. This is a hard polypropylene doesn't sag. The foam was not manufactured to the specifications of the JL audio woofer. I asked for my money back. Including shipping. They sent me a prepaid return shipping label, and then charge me for it by deducting it out of my refund. I could understand doing this if I had changed my mind, but they had an inferior product that did not fit as they advertised. This is their issue, not mine. There's nothing I can do because they have my money. I will be posting anywhere and everywhere that I can about this company. Please do not purchase from them.

These guys may have been good in the past, perhaps, but today they are a couple of rip-off artists…read more Their game is to keep you waiting until you are desperate for your work machine and then the can charge you for all this "extra" work they had to do. I took my old MacBook to them after water damage twice and they still couldn't fix it. The first time around I was desperate for my data, so I kept calling about every other day. Oh well we'll have to do this or that or the other. But it never gets done. So, I asked to give me machine back and paid them for their time. Got home and the machine came on long enough to get my data out using and external, keyboard, and mouse. Although I got all the business data out. There were still miscellaneous website passwords and config data still in there. So, after a couple of months I decided to give these guys another chance. I dropped off the MacBook and went out of town for a week. When I came back, still nothing. Oh well we'll have to do this or that or the other. But it never gets done. I gave another three days. When I still didn't hear from them I decided to go into the shop once again. Oh, well Ryan was going to this, that, and the other. But, you guess it...nothing. I finally lost my patience and once again asked for my machine back. Catch this... they are the ones to get mad because, I told them I wanted the machine fixed and I am not letting them fix it. So, they took there "new" parts and gave the rest of it back to me in pieces, only the battery, keyboard, and all the assembly screws were missing. You've had it for almost two weeks, if you wanted to fix it why isn't fixed. Just a couple of con artists trying to jack the bill. Watch out!!!

He mentioned there would be a $75.00 diagnosis fee that would go toward the cost of the repair. He then explained that the repair could take anywhere from a day to a week depending on parts and problems. So to get to wrapping up my rant, the repair took just a day and a half. Paul was very informative of the problem and the measures he took. He also gave the tv a full inspection and mentioned that everything else looks to be in great shape. Overall, I left feeling very satisfied I had quality work done. It's a small shop and doesn't exactly stand out but the customer service was outstanding. There is no doubt I will return there if need be.
