When I still didn't hear from them I decided to go into the shop once again. Oh, well Ryan was going to this, that, and the other. But, you guess it...nothing. I finally lost my patience and once again asked for my machine back. Catch this... they are the ones to get mad because, I told them I wanted the machine fixed and I am not letting them fix it. So, they took there "new" parts and gave the rest of it back to me in pieces, only the battery, keyboard, and all the assembly screws were missing. Paul was very informative of the problem and the measures he took. He also gave the tv a full inspection and mentioned that everything else looks to be in great shape. Overall, I left feeling very satisfied I had quality work done. It's a small shop and doesn't exactly stand out but the customer service was outstanding.
