Insurance says roof is in great shape. I call insurance insurance says have your contractor contact us. I call Martin. Martin says we need letter you'll get from insurance. I send letter. Martin says we'll contact insurance via email and copy you. I never see this email. I call. They never return call. I text. They never return text. Kinda made me wonder about not being here when insurance did inspection. Maybe letting it go was not the right choice. I've been ghosted. I'd be very wary of dealing with these people.
