I called to have them come over and give me an estimate to repair my roof and gutter. It took them…read morea while to get to me before they came over. I signed a contract with them to get it completed by a certain date. They never kept in contact as to what day they were actually going to come over and do the roof. They showed up and did the roof part of it, but not the gutter part. I didn't hear from him for over a week a week and already past the contract deadline completion date. I also asked him for a quote to do the entire fascia around the house. I never got one. By this time i just wanted him to complete the project. He finally got ahold of me and explained that he had family issues and that's why it wasn't complete. As a costumer, I don't want to hear about your family issues. You're the owner of the company and have a project manager that works for you. If you don't trust the project manager, why have one. Have him earn his money and reach out to costumers if you can't. I was told serval times that they would be out today to finish the job. They never showed until 2 weeks after the deadline. He stated that we just got the materials to finish the job. Again, not my problem. Communication and customer service should be the first thing that needs to be done if you want the customer to recommend your company to other people looking for any roof repairs. Sorry that I have to write a review about this. The owner is a nice guy, but young. Get your project manager more involved in the company and have him reach out to costumers if things are going to be late or problems arise. If you're looking for a company to not call, communicate, or go over the contract deadline. Then use them. I'll go someplace else.

Terrible! I called Ken for a front door lock that…read moreocassionally did not lock. After two hours he disassembled it, drilled the door hole bigger to accommodate a larger bolt he had with him but then decided he would just order a new lock. So he put the original lock back in which by now was not working at all. The only lock on our front door. Ken said it would take two weeks. Four weeks and several polite calls to him asking about his return I began getting no answers. One time he said they sent the wrong part, the next time he just forgot but would get right on it. That was our last communication. He abandoned the job completely and left us with no working front door lock. I had Freeport glass repair his mess. Poor customer service, no mask, and left a mess of wood shavings on our floor. Would not recommend at all, for anything. Kurt
