We were promised our car "next week" more times than I can count. It was either the parts are on order, we found more damage or we fired our technician so we are behind. The one time I called to check and expressed my frustration and anger, the guy who answered the business phone told me LITERALLY that if I didn't like how he was doing it, I should just do it myself. This was a $15,000k repair. Incredibly unprofessional, would never go there again.

Two weeks later the transmission gets stuck in neutral while being used. It was towed back in. We were told the shifter had been replaced, but then they put the old one back I. I am not sure how they managed this, but the ignition had to be replaced because the key would not turn. It was fine while we had it. Finally after 3 weeks we got it home. The first day we go to use it, the transmission is now stuck in Reverse. They also told us the air would be Repaired. Not done. During the 3 weeks it was in the shop they refused to return any phone calls. WE ARE VERY DISPLEASED WITH WITH THE SERVICE WE RECEIVED.
