It is clean for docks at the lake, the people are really nice, the wild life is always around. There are tons of Deer, Bugs, Fish (they tend to bite), Lizards, Snakes, oh and did I mention BUGS! You will get eaten alive if you are not careful. We camp at the RV site... Its fun until you have to shower or go to the bathroom.... They are very dirty and HOT. Oh and there are always BUGS flying around inside... and when I say bugs I am not talking about the little California house flies or crickets... I am talking as big as they come Bugs! Like the size of your hands... if you have huge bohemian hands. There is not much around as far as a good place to buy "beverages" so you will have to travel. So I suggest bringing it with you... (alot of it with you so you don't have to keep driving 30+ min to get your drink on.) I think I covered everything....

Woke up to the cabin attached to us full of bed bugs and after searching our side we had bed bugs as well along with some bites. There are two trails- yellow and blue the blue makes a work around if the rock-steps are too difficult for one to navigate. The yellow trail focuses on western heritage and the blue trail focuses more on local history. It is a nice area for a picnic and is easily accessible.
