Luckily a cancellation occurred so it worked out in my favor. I felt so bad because they're doing construction down my entire street and he had to work with all that commotion. Let me tell you it didn't stop him from doing an amazing job on my hoopty. He showed up around 1:30 and didn't finish until a little after 4, it goes to show that this man takes his work seriously. I didn't take any before photos but trust me when I say that my car was filthy inside and out. It smelled like corn chips (credit given to my dog) and had dog hair all in the back seat. How could your car wash not even remove new bird poop?! That's part of y'all's main marketing strategies! I was in a hurry and I should've walked around the truck to inspect the work. instead I hopped in and took off and went on about my business. I spent $25.00 on the WHEEL DEAL, and paid an extra $10 to have the rubber mats washed I can still write my name on the dash from the dust as you can tell it was not even touched. Walking around the truck the front grill and bumper as well as the back bumper have dirt all over it. You can see the brush marks from the car wash. The side rails are just as bad. I'm very disappointed. To be clear, I was not looking for a full detail. But just a wash and wipe it down. You can't hardly even tell, it's been to a car wash today.
