My complaint now is about Dion, the general manager. We bought a new boat from another company and they agreed to store. I went in and signed contract. THEN Dion gets involved and basically makes up reasons he cannot store the boat- long story short- his reasons were not valid. We confirmed and even had boat evaluated by Godfrey dealer. It appeared that since we did not buy from him he would not store- regardless of definitive proof -even having Godfrey dealer on lake confirm safety of storing boat without special equipment and even after we signed contract. Dion said he spoke to Godfrey dealer, but we also spoke to Godfrey dealer and took the boat for evaluation to confirm safety.I am a person who believes in honesty and integrity, I am afraid Dion believes only in money. Someone is telling less than the truth and I assure you it isn't me.I am sure Singleton marina would not condone his behavior and treatment of a long time loyal customer.

Family owned and operated, the Smiths take care of each customer like you were an old friend of them. On top of everything, the marina rents jet skis and pontoons. We rented a super comfortable Bentley pontoon from them and were super happy with both quality and price. Also, the same owners own a very comfortable and newly made lake house just minutes away from the marina. So, you can get a full package of house + pontoon and have a blast of a vacation! There was a small restaurant with lots of patio space that also had a small store inside. They have a performer on the patio singing great old rock hits. The feel of the place is very relaxed and respectful. The folks I came with hadn't taken their boat out in about a year and didn't realize that they didn't have their plug. Without it, we couldn't get on the water. I went inside and asked a friendly man if he was running the place. He in fact was and asked how he could help. He made a call to a friend to ask about an extra plug then went out of his way to go look inside one of the docked boats. He found a plug! His name is Phillip and has a very friendly demeanor. We ended up having a battery issue once in the water and they let us borrow a portable charger. We were so grateful! My family member stores their boat at this location as well. I can't speak to that but find it a great commodity to have. Super impressed with this location! We'll definitely be back and wish Phillip and his crew nothing but the absolute best!
