There was a small restaurant with lots of patio space that also had a small store inside. They have a performer on the patio singing great old rock hits. The feel of the place is very relaxed and respectful. The folks I came with hadn't taken their boat out in about a year and didn't realize that they didn't have their plug. Without it, we couldn't get on the water. I went inside and asked a friendly man if he was running the place. He in fact was and asked how he could help. He made a call to a friend to ask about an extra plug then went out of his way to go look inside one of the docked boats. He found a plug! His name is Phillip and has a very friendly demeanor. We ended up having a battery issue once in the water and they let us borrow a portable charger. We were so grateful! My family member stores their boat at this location as well. I can't speak to that but find it a great commodity to have. Super impressed with this location! We'll definitely be back and wish Phillip and his crew nothing but the absolute best!

The lake is huge and can be accessed from many places with a lot of bank fishing options as well as boat rentals. Don't forget your fishing license if you're 16 or older. While staying there we dumped trash into the dumpster and was told by the park manager that we could not do that and was charged $250 even after we took the trash out of the dumpster. Had to buy special hoses per park manager when not all RVs had them. Was given hell about the age of the RVs after agreeing to let us stay there when there was a lot older and worse RVs there. I don't recommend you stay at the park unless you want to be harassed!

You can't fish at the marina, which is absurd, and they make you park a quarter mile from your campsite, making you trek that distance to your RV daily. None of these conditions were disclosed until after we paid. If I could give this place zero stars, I absolutely would. Avoid at all costs!
