Within minutes I was contacted by Fernando at this location and he was great from the start. Very polite and welcoming and made it a point to make it a very personable interaction. He made the process over the phone quick and flexible as far as when I was able to make it in to finalize everything. As soon as I got there, the office is located in a shopping center that is well known for being busy. I usually go to the stores around the area on a weekly basis so I was pretty familiar with the area but didn't even realize this place was there. The office was secure as it required a pin or remote access from someone inside to get in. Fernando made me feel comfortable and respected my time since he knew I stepped out of work for a bit to get this handled. After going over all the info which was pretty easy to understand, the money was deposited into my account within seconds. With the whole process taking at most an hour all together. I've dealt with many financial/loan institutions in the past and all interactions just felt like they were there to get you through the process as quickly as possible so they could move on to the next one to make more money.
