We called around and the prices are well over $300! We called this location, they were quick to get you on and out. Very curious and professional. Took around 20 -30 min tops. WOW.... I've been doing my taxes with one company for over 27 years and thought I'd never try a new tax guy. Well, I'm EXTREMELY happy that I did!! This place is AMAZING to say the least. 1. Affordability = 5 STARS! They are the MOST affordable tax preparer in all of Orange County. 2. Honesty = 5 STARS! I had Sophia as my tax preparation advisor and she was so straight forward and not trying to upsell any other products or services. She answered multiple questions other than just basic taxes. You can sense an honest person and she definitely had that honest person vibe. 3. Efficiency = 5 STARS! I was in and out within 20 minutes!! It was the most painless tax experience in my entire life, I'm serious.. 4. Location = 5 STARS! Right off the 91 freeway and totally central of Orange County. There doesn't seem to have much parking but there is plenty of parking in the back lot so don't let that stop you from coming on into this absolutely wonderful tax preparation expert. 5. It's kinda hard to get in if you came from north of Anaheim - located by the big thrift store sign. Ambiance: small office, nothing fancy. Price: very inexpensive for what you can get! Service: Great in every way! Parking: plenty - Gluttony Expedition - Service: I thought it'd be so difficult to have this service. But he was so helpful, friendly, easy going, patient, knowledgeable to help my tax process so easily. Tips: Bring all the necessities - W2, 1099, tax info from banks, investment companies etc. They'll go through and come up the best options to reduce your tax burden for you! - Conqueror's Deduction - Great service and made a huge difference from Turbo tax I've done. I pass by this office almost on a daily basis and never noticed it until a friend of mine actually recommended me to get my taxes done here which I was very glad I did. I have been coming here for 3 years and it will be my last. I have always done my tax returns with a gentleman (maybe owner) but this year I did them with a lady. Everything was good until my tax refund came in and it stated a different amount. When I called inquiring about it, a lady answered. She stated I had lied about not receiving the $1,400 stimulus check and thats why the amount was different. I informed the person who helped me never asked and if she did ask I wouldn't have lied. Her response was "most of the people who come here lie to get more money". Maybe next time she shouldn't assume people are lying! What kind of customer service is that.
