(they agreed) They got us in the next day, and performed a wonderful job, you can't even tell where the rock hit, unless you look at it and knew exactly where it previously was! They were professional and great at the repair! As my hubby and I were in the office waiting area as they worked on our car, a woman came in with her vehicle to get a repair. They offered her a loaner car for a couple hours (glass needs to warm up before repair). As a female, I was taking notice of the utmost respect given to her. Two very nice young ladies accomplished the task in not all that long. Including recalibration the camera and rain sensor. We were very pleased. We later found out something about Safelite in general. There is a strong possibility that the replacement glass you are getting comes from CHINA. It is not OEM glass. Wish I had known that because I would have insisted on OEM glass. Chinese products are, generally , much cheaper quality than American products. A session learned and a question to ask before have any glass replaced on your vehicle.
