Next time I come in there I'm going to make you famous on TikTok Mr. "owner". I've been reading a lot lately that the owner of the store is extremely rude and I can say and vouch that those reviews are true! The owner is not helpful He's condescending and unapproachable. If this is truly a family-owned business then that means that the owner is a Zettler, right? I'm curious do all the other Zettler hardware stores treat their customers and employees as rude as this "owner" did? Best to steer clear!!

Took the day off of work to wait around for NO ONE TO SHOW UP! No phone call, no text, nothing! Went to the store and the manager could care less. Told the soonest it could be delivered was five days from now. Well, that's not going to work! Second time we've had problems with the folks who were supposed to repair/install something. We canceled the order and will shop locally at a business who cares about their customer and stands behind their products.
