At the time that I started my Newborn Care Specialist, I was full time in nursing school, and working. I trained at Sleep & Cradle for a few months and enjoyed the flexibility that allowed me to continue my studies, my employment, and other responsibilities. I found the training environment to be inclusive and open for me to state my concerns. The pace was also slow enough for me to take in the learning material and ask questions as needed to ensure I was performing at my best. The environment very much felt team focused. I have learned at great deal from the training that I did not learn in my studies which will allow me to apply my skills not only as a NCS, but also amplify my bedside nursing skills as an obstetric nurse, working with mothers. EXCELLENT Service cynthia really is an expert I am a mother of 2 with twins of 9 months and really found her insight and 24 hour access instrumental in helping my husband and I who are both very busy doctors find a way to get the twins on a schedule and eat better as well. My twins in less than 2 weeks are now able to sleep most of the time (exception of teething) sleeping through the night. Cynthia has also done a lot of clinical research as a doctor in her country and is well established. My husband and I wish we had started earlier with her service when the twins were born.
