Drew was awesome and worked within my budget to get me a great price on a mattress that I couldn't pass up. He was honest and explained everything. I was in town visiting and I live in the colony. Was not sure what we wanted and was visiting 2 to 3 places searching for mattress and box springs. Stopped in to Sleep Experts in Weatherford and was greeted by Rantanya Smith the store manager. Well she was very knowledgeable and helpful, also understood our budget needs. Needles to say we purchased our new mattress set and at a price and comfort we are pleased with. First....this is my first review.....that should tell you how much this situation disturbs me. My significant other and I recently purchased a new bed. After an hour of testing to find the perfect bed,they delivered a much different bed. When questioned, the delivery man insisted it was correct.....it was not. A forty mile drive back to the store reveled that we were right not only was it wrong but it was a bed that they sell for much less money. After some discussion they agreed and we were told that they would deliver the correct bed before noon today. To add insult to injury the delivery people have just called and informed us the the delivery will now be 4:45. With all the other options out there for quality bedding....I strongly suggest you choose another option! We have had very good results with sleep experts through the years. My complaint today is not with them, but with a product they carry in the stores. We bought a Technogel pillow, it was $170.00. Our bad for not checking to see if there was a money back guarantee. We have both tried to use it but as the night wears on it is like sleeping on a bag of sand. The one in the store feels great, I suppose from continual use. It's a lot of money to pay for a pillow that ends up on the floor halfway through the night. read more

I had a good experience at the store. The store manager was very knowledgeable and helpful in our mattress selection. However, when Sleep Experts "no called-no showed" on my mattress delivery, I have a very different opinion of their warehouse, delivery personnel, and upper management. We bought a king Tempur-Pedic mattress with the base, a king mattress cover, and a gel contour pillow. These items were going to be delivered several days later on Friday and had a delivery window from 1:00 to 6:00 p.m. I had arranged for a family member to come pick up our old bed the day of the delivery and cleaned/prepped for the new one. 5:30 p.m. came along and I hadn't received a knock on the door or a phone call, so I called up to the store just to ask if they call before they show up. The store salesman said they typically do. So I continue to wait and receive a phone call from the same salesman stating they would not be delivering my order because it didn't make it on the truck because they were out of mattress covers. That's right...they didn't deliver any of the order because they were out of the mattress covers. Never mind picking one up from the Weatherford store who had several in stock or any other store along the way. That just blows my mind. I mean, no common sense! Besides not delivering it, they don't even bother to call me to let me know. So thinking, I am getting my mattress, I give my old away. Now because of Sleep Experts, I have no mattress to sleep on and we have family in town on Easter weekend. I tried talking to several people to resolve the issue, but no one could help. They said the next delivery wouldn't be until the next Tuesday. One area manager offered to loan me a queen for the weekend, but said I had to come pick it up. Right, let me strap a queen mattress to the top of my car!?! How about going the extra mile and bringing it to me? I don't care if you have to rent a U-haul truck to get it to me. That would be good customer service since your warehouse/delivery team already screwed my over. I asked to speak to upper management ASAP. No one called me for several days. Finally a big wig calls me and was very rude and not helpful. I ended up going to the store on Monday and canceling the entire order. I went to another mattress store and bought a mattress and mattress cover and got it that day. The other store was NOT Mattress Firm. Mattress Firm owns Sleep Experts and I will never shop at either one again. Shop somewhere else and save yourself the possibility of a major headache. read more
