The name is not false advertising. The beds at the Sleep Inn are exceptionally comfortable -- soft, supportive, and apparently irresistible. Every member of my family independently decided they wanted to stay in bed longer than usual. After two weeks of varied lodging across the west, that is not a small thing. This was, unanimously, the best place we stayed across 15 nights of travel. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-equipped -- no surprises, no deficiencies, just a well-executed hotel room that does exactly what it promises. The staff was excellent. Ms. Beach deserves a specific mention -- helpful, warm, and the kind of hospitality that actually registers after a long travel day. THE ONE CAVEAT Breakfast ends at 9:00 a.m. For road-trippers keeping late-night driving hours, that's early. We wished they'd stretch it just a little longer. Came in very late and Front Desk was very polite, helpful and quick to get us checked in. We had a trailer with some concerns about Parking and she gave us insight to where a good parking spot would be for visibility with their camera cameras. That helped us sleep and not worry. Rooms are spacious and very clean Breakfast in the morning was sausage, eggs, biscuits, and gravy and was delicious. There are options of waffles cereals toast, yogurt. Very closely located to a Walmart. If I had to try to come up with anything wrong, the best I could say would be the elevator shakes and makes loud noises. But that only encouraged me to take the stairs. read more

We've been to a few hotels in Miles City now and this is officially our favorite place to be. The staff was very kind and the property as a whole seems to very well maintained. It cost a bit more to stay here than the other options in town but it's worth it, in my opinion. Breakfast was well stocked with fresh waffles, cereal, biscuits and gravy, cheese omelettes, bacon, and more. There was an attendant managing the breakfast area the whole time who kept everything very nice and tidy. Our room was very comfy and clean. Upon entering, there was a bit of a dog smell, but we were staying in a dog-friendly room with our pup as well so it wasn't surprising. I have sensitive allergies to certain pet dander and didn't have any major issues. An allergy pill was just fine. We had a double queen room and it was much more spacious than we were expecting. It was a great setup for working from the hotel room without feeling enclosed. We'll be back on our next trip! read more

I checked in around 9:45 pm and the front desk staff was great and friendly. Checked me in quick and went up to my room on the second floor. The room was clean and exactly what i expected and I chose this hotel as it was pet friendly and I had my two dogs with me. It was quiet, the shower water pressure was great and clean, and the room had a Microwave. In the morning they had a great hot breakfast. Breakfast had eggs, bacon, sausage, make your own waffles, pastries, bagels, muffins, toast, biscuits and gravy and cereal. I would definitely stay here again if I was to pass through this way. read more

This hotel was clean and quiet. You couldn't hear the conversations next door; which I appreciate. Breakfast was decent, especially for kids; lots of choices. They had fresh fruit including blueberries, which is rare. My only complaint is the bathroom lighting. If you are a woman and trying to put on your make up the bathroom lighting sucks. read more

This Hotel is awesome! When we were checking in we were offered some delicious soup and by the soup were some top of the line teas to drink (along with Hot Cocoa and maybe coffee-I didn't check the containers). The room was big and clean. The beds were very comfortable and the sheets and bedding all appeared to be brand new. There was a refrigerator, microwave, Keurig Coffeemaker with both Tea and Coffee Pods, an Iron, 5 bath towels (for just the 2 of us) and a really nice TV with HBO and Cinemax along with the other channels I did not get around to watching. The closet had the nice big wooden hangers you could lift off the bar and hang things on (not the flimsy ones with no hook that are a pain to re-attach) and there was a safe just in case you needed one. The breakfast the next morning went beyond the average continental breakfast-there were omelets, biscuits and gravy, waffles, sausage, bacon and just about anything else you would love to see offered for breakfast. There is a really nice, big room at the front of the hotel with comfortable booths, seats and tables where you can meet and visit with others staying at the hotel and a computer set up for printing out boarding passes if you check in the day ahead for your plane trips. There was an indoor swimming pool that looked like it would be very nice, but we did not go in. All in all, this was a great find, and next time I come through I would stay here again! read more

Having already driven more than 22 hours from Ohio through rugged terrain and treacherous high-speed two lane highways, with only a few hours of sleep in the car, my friend and I had finally reached the great state of Montana and were thoroughly exhausted and in dire need of a good night's rest! After pricing a few hotels and reading reviews, we settled on Sleep Inn thanks in part to a steep military discount ( $93 compared to $163). Upon checking in, we were greeted by a very friendly young lady who took my information and handed me the keys. The room was immaculate and quite pleasing, with two queen beds and new, updated amenities. Needless to say, the beds were very comfortable and we both slept wonderfully. In the morning the free breakfast was a nice start to the day and provided and kick start. I will definitely stay at another Sleep Inn after this experience! read more

Staff that goes out of their way to be friendly, housekeeping that goes out of their way to tackle the smallest of details, and support staff that probably isn't required to positively interact with the guests, but they do so anyway. Extremely nice hotel. I stayed in room 305 which was a king bed suite for 99$ night. The room was very clean, modern, and the sheets and towels didn't have that hotel smell. The bathroom was large and had a walk-in shower instead of a tub with one of those dingy shower curtains most others have and granite countertops. My room even had a 2 burner cooktop stove. Includes breakfast: cold breakfast starts around 3-4am and hot breakfast starts around 6am till around 9am. Staff was great! I was originally going to stay at the Best Western across the street but after standing outside for over 20 minutes waiting for the night person to show up at the desk, I walked over to Sleep Inn and I'm glad I did. I have a new hotel while on road trips!! Oh, the pillow-top beds are amazing!!! I slept like a baby!! Some of the other room features included: safe, large desk with wireless Internet, large parking lot with lots of semi/rv parking, fridge, microwave, iron and board, amazingly quite bathroom fan, coffee/tea, and everything else you would expect. read more

Best hotel in Miles City so far (I have stayed at Holiday Inn Express, Guesthouse Inn, Best Western, and Comfort Inn in Miles City in the past). Prices are competitive for the area and this is the only place where I have consistently gotten the federal government rate (HIE decided the govt rate was $96 last year, as opposed to $77 which is what the govt will reimburse you for in Miles City). No hot tub and pool only gets 4.5 feet deep. Continental Plus breakfast is great (even the coffee is decent!) and the rooms are well-appointed. read more

My husband and I stayed here on 9/1/13. We actually pulled off the interstate on our way to Whitefish, MT intending to stay at Holiday Inn Express. However, when we tried to get a room there, we were told that there were no rooms on the first floor and there was no elevator. As we had A LOT of luggage for our week's visit to Glacier, they directed us to Sleep Inn and Suites who had three rooms left and they had an elevator. When we got to the front desk at Sleep Inn and Suites, they already had us partially checked in thanks to an advance call from the front desk by the Holiday Inn. The front desk at Sleep Inn had already applied a hotel coupon so we got $20 off our stay. It was a terrific start to our stay. Great, great service. The room was super clean, the bed was incredibly comfy and everything in the room was tasteful and new. We didn't hear any noise from the hallway or rooms next to us even though the hotel was booked. We had a great nights sleep!! If we need a place on our return trip from Glacier, we will definitely return to Sleep Inn. It is a great hotel. read more

I recently had to attend a Family Funeral in Miles City, and my Family loves the Sleep Inn so booked a block of rooms there. I will have to say this is probably the nicest hotel I have stayed in while visiting Miles City. Top 5 Reasons: 5. There is an indoor Pool, so your kids will be thrilled that you chose a place wherethey canswim year round. The pool isn't very big and it doesn't have a hot tub, but it is perfect for kids. There is also an outdoor patio adjacent to the pool so you can get some fresh air outdoors while you watch your kids swim. 4. It is in a great location. You can walk to several nice restaurants and fast food places. so if Dad wants to sleep in, Mom and the kids can actually walk to restaurants and shops. There are two casinos next door (quiet and not encroaching on the hotel space) so if you want to meet up with local friends and have a few, you can walk right next door and not have to drive. 3. The people who work there are all really nice. They bent over backwards to help us out and make our stay pleasant. Our large family started to take over the gathering area (which included a nice TV, Hot tea, cookies and soup at all hours and two nice big computers with Internet access which were hooked up to a printer so I could check in 24 hrs. before my flight and print my boarding passes the night before). The Hotel gave our family a meeting room so we could meet and greet without bothering the other guests who came in the door. 2. The all you can eat breakfast buffet is incredible. Scrambled eggs, fresh waffles you make yourself. Sausage, biscuits and gravy, bacon, cereal, fruit, pastries....you would be hard pressed to find a better breakfast at any nearby restaurants and you can make it all to order. it's great for kids who are picky eaters-I am sure they will like something there. it's nice to run down in your comfy clothes and grab a great breakfast without having to leave the hotel. Did I mention it was free? 1. The rooms are luxurious and spotlessly clean. They had a pillow top mattress in my room-so comfy! Everything seemed to be brand new from the sheets to the towels to the microwave, refrigerator, and the large flat screened TV in the room. The shower was a really nice model-very upscale and a large walk in model. I was a little disappointed I didn't have a bath (I had a single room) but the suite like double rooms have them, as well as a couch that pulls out into a bed so the whole family will be comfortable. All this came at a very reasonable price, in my opinion. They have set the bar pretty high in Miles City with this hotel. I would love it if you all would do me a favor and leave me a room so I have a great place to stay every time I visit in the future (LOL)! read more

We were going to stay at another hotel in Miles City but couldn't get our rig in parking lot so stayed here and they were pet friendly. This is one of the nicest hotels ever! It's pretty new and the rooms were beautiful, huge, and clean. The beds were so plush and comfy, huge bathroom with loads of fluffy clean towels, nice TV, Wi-Fi, and a great breakfast. My only complaint was we could hear the people above us walking back and forth across the room. Next time I would request a top floor room. Otherwise, it was perfect! read more

I had just finished a 600 mile motorcycle ride and was very tired and hungry. I checked in and after getting some food, showered and off to bed. I received a call 1 hour after going to bed telling me to move my motorcycle because it was in a fire lane. All the lanes for fire trucks were clearly marked and I was not parked in them. I discussed this with the security folks and went back to bed. They called me back again and told me I still needed to move my bike or leave. I got dressed, repacked and loaded up my bike with a full refund. This place is NOT MOTORCYCLE friendly folks. read more
