I've been a Sleep Number customer since 2013 and inherited a second bed from my mother, so I came to the store already knowing I wanted to upgrade my current mattress. I actually called ahead and spoke to Brandon and was really disappointed to learn that I wouldn't be able to get the adjustable base I wanted because I have a platform bed. We still went in to check out the options and I was SO impressed that after my phone call, Brandon had done some research and discovered we could get a base at mattress firm that would work with our current bed frame and the sleep number mattress I wanted. I mean, wow! When has a mattress salesperson ever referred you to a competitor? That really meant something to me and we were able to try out the options and decide on the exact mattress we wanted, then go down the road and get the base that would work when sleep number didn't sell it. Sleep number should strongly consider making a platform-friendly base (no legs) but until then, reward your honest employees who put customer satisfaction above making a larger sale. read more

Getting replacement parts from sleep number is a joke. Great bed till it needs repair you will spend more money and time getting replacement parts. Customer service wants you to replace everything on your bed not just the bad part. The store is no help at all not unless you want to buy a new bed. $7k on a king size 360. Waste of money read more

I just want to start off with ,I have not bought a bed yet, I'm only rating the service, Angel G . Is who I am working with, I walked into the store a little awkward as I haven't bought a bed in over 15 years, I have no clue what I'm doing, he spent over two hours with me going over all the beds the details finding my sleep number, going over every price detail, giving me a written report at the end, and not one time asked me if I wanted to purchase it right now, or pressure me at all, he has been so very helpful, I am not a person to buy or purchase something from the first place I stop it at. So far I am in love with these beds, I have one other place in a different brand of course to check and compare, but I have a feeling I'll be back here to purchase my bed, but it has been an absolute pleasure to be working with Angel. No pressure no hassle no nonsense, I will update my review upon purchasing my bed to let you know how the bed itself has been quality wise as well, but if you're looking to buy a sleep number or just have questions please ask for Angel. read more

It's not our first rodeo. We bought our first SN bed about 2 years ago, and love it! But, we moved to a new and larger house and decided to get a king. We stopped in to this store as we were driving back to Denver from up North. Big mistake. The first person who "helped" us talked to me like I've never heard of a mattress. I got tired of this, and decided to approach the female salesperson. I told her how I was feeling regarding my interaction with said guy, and her first response was "he's actually nice." That's nice of you to say, but not everyone connects with everyone they meet. She helped us, but was quite pushy and kept trying to upsell. We had deliberately gone in to SN after getting an email from the company. I showed it to her, and the words out of her mouth, exactly, "I don't believe that." Um, it's your company's email, lady! I showed the website with same info, but the pricing she gave us was much much higher. No response when I once again asked why the pricing was different. Oh, I forgot to mention she said the bed wasn't appropriate because it had a weight limit. Seriously...what? I walked out. read more

This is the worst bed I've ever owned, it feels like an over priced air mattress!! Keep in mind if you buy one, your still stuck paying for the $3000 base. I was sent a remote for the base, it doesn't work!! Worst purchase ever!!! read more

Buyer Beware! We spent over 4K on the i8 mattress. The first night we had it, the bed actually deflated and we received a notification on our phone app that the hoses weren't working. We called customer service and they told us that they didn't have anyone available for a week to fix it. They emailed me a survey regarding delivery and when I gave a bad review, someone called me the same day saying they were sending out a tech. By that time, my husband had already taken it apart and it seemed to be holding air. The app would say we were in bed sleeping well, when my husband was actually sleeping on our old mattress in the basement because the bed was so uncomfortable. I called to return the bed today and was informed that you aren't allowed to return it until after 30 days and we wouldn't be refunded the $199 for delivery and $199 for pickup. We were told at the store that there was no charge for the delivery and when we asked why it showed as itemized on the receipt, the guy told us he wasn't sure why that was on there. I spoke with a manager today and they allowed me to return the bed before the 30 days and are only giving me $200 back for delivery and pickup. I will be disputing the other $200 on my credit card. So disappointed and make sure to read the fine print before you buy! It isn't a risk-free 100 day trial. read more

We are serious shoppers wanting to buy a mattress this weekend. My husband had never been sold on the Sleep Number system, but I convinced him to give it anpther chance tonight. We were greeted quickly at the door and basically sent on our way to figure it out in our own. We didn't know how to set the levels or really work the system at all, so after 15 minutes floundering we left. We were asked if we had questions as we exited the store, but too little too late. They could have EASILY sold us newbies on a bed tonight...we were ready to purchase. My hubby actually liked the split mattress idea, but we are not about to spend good money on a mattress we have to learn and have no teachers. We will go back to Matress Firm where we received very personal attention. read more

Rarely, do you find a sales staff that is so knowledgeable and helpful. I felt like the salesperson really cared and wanted to help me find solutions to my sleeping issues. I love my new Sleep Number bed and pillow and I would recommend their products to anyone! read more

Best customer service ever. Started out with Taury as my sleep associate. Talked to TJ an awesome Iowa Hawkeye fan several times on the phone and than Mark the store manager as I was purchasing my bed. Would highly recommend this store all very professional. Taury took his time and had patience with me as I had to go from bed to bed 20 times. Highly Recommend Northglenn Store. Thanks again what a team. Had a great experience with Lee but unfortunately corporate/customer service has failed him and myself. I spent $2,530.51 for a great bed. The delivery men were awful. First I was screamed at for not noting I live in a large complex with two sides (May I add this to the directory at the entrance) I had to leave my home to go retrieve these men. Upon entering my home I almost stepped on my dog when they stormed into my home like they were gonna tear stuff up, then they went outside where the took the box my mattress was in and pushed it off the truck onto the road (5 foot drop) they then proceeded to set my bed up in the street. Being that they were in the way a car came by and so they dragged my bedframe across the ground and just threw it back onto the ground out of the way of the car. They brought in everything as they began stomping around, screaming, grunting and pounding my bed together. When my husband sits on the bed it clicks now like it's not sturdy. As they were walking out the door I turn to them and ask "what about my old bed" (in the center of my living room) "Oh we don't take those!" I paid $179.99 for delivery which included the $20 for recycle of the old bed which was not taken. Not one hour after I receive my bed I was up at the store to speak to Lee, Lee couldn't get any help from anyone to help me which is incredibly sad considering I probably would've got better delivery service at American furniture warehouse. Worst bed ever, well other than hide-a-bed with the bar in your back. Every time we went back to the store the floor model felt nothing like what they delivered to us. Think we didn't get what we paid for. There was no difference between 100 and 20 setting - you sunk into the mattress and the bed folded around you like you were in a gulley. Impossible to turn at all without setting up. Service came out and said we needed a new bladder but it never happened. Salesperson convinced us to buy 2, yes two, mattress pads for each of the Twin XL mattresses. Over $400! That should have been a clue.And not returnable with bed. One was like crib cover used to prevent infant pee from getting on mattress. We have no infants. Other was supposed to be for cooling but was polyester, which doesn't breathe so no ability to do what salesperson said it would do. BIG waste of thousands of dollars. Oh, and raising partner's side of bed does NOT stop snoring. read more
