We told her no foam because our past experience is that the foam squishes down pretty rapidly and I end up with the lumbar part in my middle back! I've had to tri-fold a comforter and drape it over the back so I've got some support. It's not at all comfortable now and the back sags back so I sit crooked. I actually decided to purchase everything through Justin even though I could have purchased the products from someone else for less. I was convinced that Justin truly cared about his customer and wasn't just out to make a sale. He took care of me through the entire process. He is a man of integrity.
