He spent over 2 1/2 hours with us, patiently answering our questions, explaining different options, and helping us find exactly what we were looking for with a smile on his face the entire time! At no point did we feel rushed or pressured. Instead, he took the time to understand our needs, offered helpful suggestions, and demonstrated an impressive knowledge of the furniture and available features. His professionalism, patience, and genuine desire to help made the entire shopping experience enjoyable and stress-free. In today's world, it is rare to find someone so dedicated to customer service. Because of his outstanding assistance, we left confident that we had made the right choices for our home. If you are shopping at Ashley Furniture, we highly recommend asking for RC! He is a tremendous asset to the company, and we are very grateful for the excellent service he provided. As a senior citizen, I've experience more sales personnel than I could possible recount. We tested a mattress in this store that we felt was perfect for us. After the mattress was delivered and we started sleeping on it, we noticed that the mattress did not have volume and was extremely hard...like sleeping on rocks!!! It was not the same mattress as we tested in the store!! Corporate refused to issue a refund and offered us another mattress, which we did not want to trust again. We are stuck with a useless $1100 mattress which we cannot sleep on! We feel we were the target of Bait and Switch with a bad mattress. There is no way people could write these glowing reviews if everybody had received a mattress anything like ours! It is like the mattress was custom made for us, all because they took so much time with us making certain we found the perfect fit for our bodies and sleep styles. They also moved and set up our old bed in another room in our house, for no charge, and without hesitation. They even offered to help us put all the linens on the beds. She kept me up to date on when to expect my leather sectional. A part was delayed so they delivered the sectional in pieces and put it together on the second visit. After it was delivered I noticed the bottom was torn. Jamie worked with the manager and had the part replaced without question. Jamie also tried to help me get a formal dining set that had been discontinued. She even tried to get the floor model for me. It didn't pan out but she went above and beyond! Absolutely THE WORST craftsmanship and customer service. I've had to come in for a total of 6 times…read moreduring the last 7 months for mistakes they've made or oversights on their part with frames that cost around 3k. The Great Frame Up pays zero attention to details and the quality of work they will give you is by no way the standard of a custom framing shop that I've ever been to. The frames had scratch marks, fillets were broken, the glass had streak marks from the inside, the artwork were never flat, 2 out of 4 were hung upside down, and one of my 4 diplomas that I had framed were a different color wood. Each time I brought it in, I explained the mistake, and left it to them to correct. I never asked for anything else except that they correct their mistakes and was extremely patient. Finally, my last attempt was after finding a scratches on the 4 diplomas and seeing the inconsistency in sizes among the mats and frames, as well as the fillets, I called the owner Chali, who was EXTREMELY rude and blamed me as I've if was the one providing her with the faulty product.. I took the frames to another shop who also claimed that the quality was terrible and that she has had other customers come in with similar complaints (see David S.) below. The other framing shops suggested I call Chali and ask for the names of the frame so that I can redo them. Chali refused to let me know what the names of the company I ordered from and said that she does not need to provide me with that information. Working with Chali and the Great Frame up has been a truly frustrating and upsetting situation. A huge waste of time, and resources and despite all that Chali could have just been gracious and given me the names of the frames I selected. If this was an isolated incident, I would be more understanding but due to the poor customer service combined with the terrible craftsmanship, I would suggest you go elsewhere.
