My wife and I had the pleasure of stopping by mattress firm a few days ago, after leaving sleep number. My wife and wife are seniors, in our seventies to be more exact, and she was recently in an accident which has left her in tons of pain. We decided to see what mattress were out there to benefit her now and us for the our remaining time above ground..lol . After sleep number, and trying a few beds, she was overcome with pain. We still visited mattress firm and mer Larion who did not attempt to rush us. He assisted us with getting up and really educated us on sleep and mattresses. I like to think we're pretty intelligent, we both have doctorate degrees, but Larion had excessive knowledge in his products and then offerings of other retailers. We couldn't try many because of my wife's pain. So we left. Come visit Larion at Mattress Firm. My wife and I came in searching for a set for our daughter, we had already visited two stores and they were ok. Rooms to go was too high, and not very friendly. We happened to see Mattress Firm across the street and stopped in. Larion was great! He was very pleasant, told us about the sale, and helped us find the set that seemed to be right for us... He had a great presentation, and I am in sales as well and I was very impressed! Having not had purchased a mattress in quite a while, my wife still wanted to look at other stores. So we left, upon visiting three more stores, even my wife came to the conclusion that the set and the experience was by far the best at Mattress Firm, and without saying another word, Larion had won her over as well. After a long day and a half of mattress searching my wife and I ended up at this Mattress firm just as "Z" was about to close. She was absolutely great and even though she was closing she went out of her way and took her time to help us find what we wanted and solve our shipping issue. She advised us to return in the morning even though she would not be there but assured us we would be in good hands with Larion, she couldn't have been more correct. He was equally as helpful and pleasant as she was and also very knowledgeable about the products. My sister and myself just purchased a bedroom set from across the street at rooms to go and honestly it was like pulling teeth, they were not very helpful. So I refused to give them anymore of our business and realized their mattress prices were outrageous. I remembered that Mattress Firm was across the street and we stopped in. I was shopping for a new mattress set and I visited quite a few stores, I saw a couple of sets I may have been pleased with. However, when I stepped into mattress firm it was a whole different experience. Not only did Larion seemed pleased to have me there, he was pushy or like a car salesman like the other stores that I visited. His knowledge of all the mattresses far surpasses the other store I went to, and his store had double the product. I stopped in on Friday and spoke with Larion, a very nice young man who knew all there was to know about mattresses. My first time buying a mattress since I moved out on my on in 1995. I am a newlywed and have been married almost 3 yrs and still sleeping on the mattress my grandmother gave me. I had a GREAT experience. The two gentlemen working the store greeted me and Larion assisted me. He was working with a guest and informed me of that, however it told about the bargins and how the store was layed out. He also gave a protection barrier so I could try the beds and remain germ free. Best service and best mattress ever!!! First off want to say, the excellent service we got from Larion was amazing. Never had so much fun picking out a mattress before. Come shop at this store, Larry will help you with understanding your sleep and more. Ive shopped for mattresses before, but never was my experience as great as it was at Mattress firm. Even though they have a lot of beds, it was easy and did not take much time because Larry made it simple.
