I called within 2 days of getting it to say I wanted to return it and get something firmer but was told that they "thought" returns were not possible. The woman on the phone passed me to a Derrick (I believe that was his name) who told me that the people he needed to contact to see if it could be done were not there since it was a weekend. He promised he would call me back in regards to the return. The website is very deceiving regarding returns. On the mattress page, it states no hassle refunds, but when you actually go to their Q&A section, hassle free returns EXCEPT for mattresses. I never heard back from Grand's. Advice? Just go to BeautyRest's site, as they do guarantee hassle free returns themselves and it is the same price.

Its a little tricky for me because, I'd rather be at the store and test them out. This company is too far away to do it. I called to the store and the owner helped me with questions and was really nice. You can tell he really cares about people. I took a chance and ordered the middle firmness. It was easy to put together but I didn't have a good night sleep for about two weeks. Seems like my body needed time to adjust. I do feel like I needed 1 level softer but after the 2 weeks its been fine. Hubby went hard core ultra firm and is absolutely loving it.
